Received a door hanger coupon for attic insulation, called and the «project manager» (salesperson) came over promptly. Nice gal, but she barely poked her head in my attic and quoted $ 4000 for the same bags of insulation I can buy at Home Depot for $ 30, including a free rental of the machine to do it if I buy 10. The cost to do it myself would be about $ 500 and about 4 hours, tops. When I told her it was too much, she came down to $ 3200, then all the way down to $ 2800 after a little more balking. If you could do it for $ 2800, which was $ 1200 less than the first quote, why would you try to rob me first?! Especially for a job I can do myself for $ 500 for the same product. Unethical. No written quote either.

The only reason I gave 1 star is because it’s required to post a review. Really classy company… cold called us. Very tricky — made it sound like we had contacted them so my husband took the call. When he told Ron that we were not interested and were on the ‘do not solicit’ list, Ron told him to go f-​himself. Impressive way to do business…

I cannot recommend this company to anybody. They put up a new roof for me and it looks good, however they didn’t clean up their mess completely, they left trash in my backyard along with roofing nails on the ground. I have been waiting for weeks to get the bill so I can pay them with my insurance check, but I cannot get anything accomplished. Dealing with these guys has been awful from the start, and it is a very sleazy operation going through a claim with them. I really wish I would have gone with someone else! Oh yeah, and they locked a ladder to my gutter on my front porch, because the inspector needs to have it. That was almost 3 weeks ago, still no inspector, and I called my town inspector and he said they have never contacted him. What a joke! I got the ladder down ;). Do not use this company, please find someone else with a good reputation, I wish I would have.

I just had a very negative experience with this company.
We recently had a terrible storm roll through our neighborhood and most houses in our area have significant damage and are having to have their roofs replaced. This inevitably leads to the smarmy door to door construction people that come by looking to profit off of the misfortune of others.
I understand this completely however, and while I don’t look forward to it, I feel that some experiences, like this are worth noting.
Quality had a sales guy come to our house and said he was doing our neighbors house and noticed we had been inspected. I told him that we had and we were accepting proposals from different companies. He said that is not how they operated and that they just do the roof for what the insurance company quoted. I told him that may be, but we still wanted to get information from him on what their service was, and he kept just not giving any further information except that they would just do it for what was quoted.
I work in insurance, I have for about 10 years. At a high level, I have worked in product management or product development in insurance for 10 years, I understand the industry more than most. Having this guy just tell me that they just do it, does not cut it.
We have roof damage, we have indoor wall damage, we have exterior wall damage, we have landscaping damage, and have window damage. We need to get all of these things done with in the budget of insurance, and to not get a quote and/​or a proposal from someone is just silly.
I told him I also want to know what they were proposing as to quality of product etc. He just said again that they just do it for what is quoted, and implied that I was trying to do something shading by requesting a proposal.
Then he just said, maybe they weren’t for us.
So, again, I haven’t had any service done from them, and never will since they wouldn’t give a proposal of work, and once I started asking questions and said I would be comparing their proposal to others, he wanted to move on.
Any company that doesn’t want their work compared to others should be passed on.
