We had a good shopping experience here the past times we had visited the town center of aurora. Because we had saved a number of coupons, my relative was able to purchase an expensive handbag for as low as $ 3. We haven’t expected it and we’re really surprised by the bargain we got! I also recalled that my aunt carried a Sears card and that also helped us get some really unbeatable discounts. I think this Sears has left a positive outlook in our shopping experience.

Ordered a fridge from them and was given a 930−1130am delivery time. Called 2 times to find out where they were and no one could tell me. I’m still currently waiting for a call… Their call center is in some other country so they don’t know anything! I decided to buy from Sears because I trust the Kenmore name. I now am doubting my choices! I will be asking for $ off my order since I’ve wasted my whole day. Idiots! Update: delivery guys got here and didn’t have tools and I had to tell them how to take the fridge off the skid! Do not buy anything from this store! Management is a bunch of losers and their employees hate life

So I needed new pillows so I went to Sears they had quite a good variety and their pillows were actually buy one get one free so it was a perfect time to get new pillows

I gave 1 star because I have no choice. I have been in to buy on 3 separate trips. All 3 times I could not find anyone who works in that department. Tools, Tvs and Refrigerators. When ever I ask for help I’m told that have 2 people working in said areas. I hear they work on commission it must be nice to not have to work hard.

I took in a lifetime hose to Sears to get it replaced due to manufacture defect. I think it was on a Sunday. They didn’t have a replacement hose to give me so they told me to come back on Monday when they would get more in. No problem, it happens… I came back Monday and they still hadn’t received a shipment. Okay, kinda sucked but I’m a pretty reasonable person so no big deal. I waited another 10 days before I went back in to ensure ample time for their shipment of hoses to arrive. Wrong! Still no hoses. Okay, now I’ve had this hose in my truck for about three weeks and all I wanted was a receipt, them to take my hose and give me a call when they get one in. The Dept Manager didn’t want to do this. He assured me if I came back in a week, they would have the hose I need. This really bothered me that a manager cannot make this accommodation for my inconvenience thus far(I live 10 miles away). Each time having to carry this hose in and back to my truck through the mall. On the third visit, still no hose so they ordered it and told me it would be delivered directly to my house. Nice gesture, but its been over a month and still no hose. I went to the store today(two and a half months since I first went in) and they told me the order somehow got cancelled. I’m lucky I had the shipment order. They didn’t know how to make it right(by the way, still no hoses on the shelve to give me). The store manager was given my contact info along with documentation and its been about a week. I called yesterday and left a message and haven’t heard from anyone. Pretty disappointed in Sears. They used to be a great company. Not anymore, sad…
