If a zero star review was available, this location would have earned it. The associates completely ignored my presence upon entrance. I walked around and sat on various beds and looked at the laminated chart to try to see which was the best fit for me, and after receiving zero customer service and zero help, I left. I walked slowly out the door, thinking that perhaps they would try to say something — nope. I walked across the street to Mattress Firm, where I was instantly greeted by an associate who went through several options with me, where I ended up spending a good amount of money on a king mattress. Don’t waste your time here — start at Mattress Firm and I’m sure you won’t end up at Sleep Number at all.

I went in to this store today with my wife as we were interested in purchasing a new sleep number mattress. When we walked in the two employees looked at us but would’t say anything to us what so ever. We proceded to start checking out the different models by ourselves(mind you we were the only customers in the store) and no one would help us out at all. Instead the employees continued to chat with eachother and play on their phones. They have the worst possible customer service, and after looking at reviews for this store now I see why. What a joke.

Shop at a different sleep number. Walked in to both employees playing on their phones, neither of which put them down for several minutes after I walked in. When they found out I just wanted to figure out my sleep number, the guy helping let me know that basically whatever number I find comfortable is my sleep number. I thought sleep numbers were for spinal alignment but okay, thanks for letting me know the entire sleep number idea is bogus. One of the employees never even got off the bed she was laying on while playing on her phone. Horrid service. Go somewhere else.

I am pretty sure the delivery people STOLE my jewelry, after the bed was delivered my bathroom cabinet was open and I just noticed a couple necklaces are gone. I called sleep number and they did not specify that they would make any changes, so this man is still out there delivering beds. Please, BEWARE!!!

Definitely displeased. The bed is «OK» but not great; given the extremely high cost of the bed I am not as satisfied as I should be. I have been disappointed from day one in the appearance of the bed, it is quite tiny(in regards to height) and even when inflated to the maximum degree always looks like the mattress is sunken in on both sides. More importantly, neither my husband or myself feel like its any more comfortable than some other $ 400 mattresses we tried out.(This bed cost almost $ 2,000.) We decided to return it, but in trying to do so a flaw was pointed out to us: we were talked into buying the«CSE.» That means its a special edition, and therefore there is no 100 night promise. That was not made clear to us at the time of purchase, in fact Chris specifically brought it up to us repeatedly during the sales promise that they offer the 100 nights to sleep on it to make sure we like it. He was not honest and truthful, and that bothers me more than anything else. Now we’re stuck with it unless we want to exchange for a more expensive bed AND pay the cost to ship the original bed back to the factory. After finding this out we began to explore the options of adding on other layers to make it more comfortable, something again that Chris told us repeatedly during the sales process we could do, only to find out that again he misrepresented. There’s tiny little layers you can put on top, no thicker than ¼ inch, that won’t really add to the comfort. Additionally, all of these layers cost in the $ 200+ range(even the sheets are expensive, it’s jaw dropping.) To say we’re disappointed in both the product and in the way we feel the service was misrepresented to us is an understatement.
