Went to this store for some help connecting my iphone to my vehicle. The two girls working there were not helpful and neither was the manager of the store. I visited the store around 2pm but both girls working did not feel comfortable going out to my car to take a look so when I asked for the manager to help, he directed her to tell me to call a customer service number, manager never came out to speak with me. A few minutes later the manager came out of the back, looked at me, then ran back to his office ignoring my request for help. I spent two hours trying to get it connected with some CS rep and it never happened. I have also visited this store to update my caller ID but it never gets fixed. Now I know why the T-Mobile store next door is full of customers and Sprint is empty. They were really helpful the day they made the sale but have been rude and incompetent since and it starts with the management team down. I’m sure Sprint has good people but everyone at this location is a waste of space. Robots would be more help. Experiences like this is why I will be looking for a new carrier with better local staff members.

The atmosphere of this location is phenomenal. They can be busy at times but it’s definitely worth the wait to ensure you are taken care of as the staff is great.
