Horrible service at this location. I had luke and he was such in a rush withn us and had a rude demeaner the whole time. every question i asked seemed like a huge task for him. He never introduced himself and treated us like we knew nothing and were a bother. He was so difficult that my girlfriend walked out of the store after luke would not help us when we asked what our average data usage was per month. He simply told her to download an app and figure it out. We ended up going to verizon with our 2 lines and left sprint behind. This store has the most ghetto workers that do not care about anyone. Do not go here ever, sprints coverage is sketchy anyways. he wanted us to join a 2 line plan for over 200 bucks a month. verizon got us for 130 a month and we own our phones. We got 2 iphone 6s’s, 116gb for $ 127 and 164gb for $ 227. No lease, we own them.

Had a women by the name of Monica or Monique who was able to resolve my issue while providing excellent service. She was able to understand my frustration when I was advised by a sprint advisor by phone that I could get a replacement in store instead of through Asurion. The store its self had great vibes. Everyone seemed to be working diligently and up beat music played while waiting to be helped. The only issue I have was when I first walked through the door a women standing at their front desk didn’t say anything to me so I can get helped and she also later was going out of order of the people who came in.

I am very very satisfied with the attention, care, & help we received at this Sprint Store. I called the prior evening asking help with my sons iPhone 5S and they were very helpful the following day that I stopped in. Kyle and Steven P went out of their way to help with my sons phone. My teenage son said wow, there are still good and helpful people in this world. I gave this store a five star because of these two young men that went above and beyond. totally happy driving back 20miles home.

Poor service. Went in to get a iphone4 with their 35 $ unlimited plan. Wasn’t in stock, asked the sales guy to order one. He said ok. He never called. Called myself, one week later said it was in. Got to the store and the wrong phone was in stk. 2nd sales guy was rude to me. Said he would get the phone an call me. Waited a wk an went to AT&T. Good outcome there.

Do not go to sprint!!! I switched from AT&T because of the unlimited plan price and regretted it dearly. Sprint call quality is horrible, voices sound like robots, skips and delays, calls are dropped daily. Additionally there are multiple hidden fees which brought the cost up higher than I paid with AT&T. Sprint is the worst phone service I have ever experienced. After testing the service with multiple phones I finally switched back to AT&T. I also agree with the other Unilocal comments posted about the poor customer service and unprofessional staff.

The employees are completely unprofessional and for the most part rude. I’ve been to this store a few times with phone issues and always the same crappy attitudes.

Bought a charger for $ 20 from this store. It broke and they did not want to replace it. Made me wait and said they will ship from another store. They had other chargers but would not give me a replacement. Horrible service… Major fail sprint going to ATT…

Since Sprint has replaced their towers, my service has been great. This store has always helped me with any phone issue I may have had along the way. Store is always clean, parking lot is good, and the customer service is great!

Please do your research before signing up with Sprint. I came to Sprint for the unlimited data but quickly learned unlimited data is worthless if you can only get a 4G signal 5% of the time. Apparently Sprint is notorious for their spotty signal. If you do decide to go with Sprint, be cautious at this location. The sales rep tried to sign me up for more expensive service than I needed. I then was told insurance was required and if didn’t want it, I would have to call Sprint to cancel. When I called to cancel I learned this policy was completely false. I returned my phone and cancelled my contract the next week(you get 2 weeks to cancel).

I’ve been with Sprint a long time. I think I first joined their network in 2005, when I went off to college and found that T-Mobile gave me practically no reception on campus. I could be sitting outside and have one flickering bar of service. Don’t get me started about the dead zones in the tunnels. I like Sprint because I get the mobile-to-mobile minutes and talk to my parents all the time. All of us have Sprint and it might be one of the only things keeping me staying with them. But I’ve also found that they have decent customer service. When my phone was breaking I came in and they had me out of there in less than half an hour with a new phone and my contract renewed. Two birds — one stone. I like their customer service style. I was greeted when I came in, had the chance to browse and was helped by a lovely woman who didn’t pressure me at all. She let me take as much time as I needed to decide on phones. I picked a little Samsung that is smaller than my old phone, but I miss the features and button placement of the dead one. Sprint needs to reconsider the layout of keypads, because I’m happy with the better reception and compact size; however, I have a little buyer’s remorse and know I still picked the best phone they had available to fit my needs.
