They are not knowledgeable on the Galaxy S5. Unable to answer my questions and charged me for a replacement battery… would have been nice to see if I wanted to be charged for something that may or may not solve one of my 4 problems. Guess I should have gone to Bolingbrook instead. SMH

I have been a long time customer of tmobile. They have so far met my expectations. If you go to the Naperville store on Route 59, make sure you ask for Curtis. He is the epitome of what a customer service agent should be!

Tmobile can have their stars back. The boys there are the most helpful people ever. I have had multiple great experiences with their customer service and they always get me what I need with out a hassle. I am trouble but when I go in there they treat me amazingly.
