The staff of this store is completely rude. The manager was swearing and making fun of customers weight/​appearances. Not only are is the staff rude but the place is a SCAM! I work with cosmetics and their products are low quality and over priced. Stay away from this store because it needs to be shut down!

Lately i would’ve given them two stars however today Joe b the retail assistant manager helped me. He was extremely genuine, helpful, and honest which is something i rarely run into at this location. He made sure i got the best deal and was very polite! I was very impressed and will continue going there because of him and a few select other staff (ex one of the hispanic ladies is super nice!)

If I could give this place no stars I would. This place completely screwed me over. The manager has no customer service skills he will do and say what ever it is just to make it seem that he is helping you but beware if you make any changes to your account make sure that they are the correct ones and that they give you paperwork for it. It took 4 months and a lot of trips to the store to fix the one «little» mess up fixed. Honestly the way Tmobile is going you are better off paying a little bit more to get better service and lets not even get into their wait times to get someone on the phone. Just go somewhere else or at least to another store.
