I have been struggling with how to review this place – and yes, I do realize that these reviews don’t really matter and that I shouldn’t take this so seriously, but I wouldn’t be me if I didn’t take unnecessary things so serious – so I’m just going to stumble my way through this and hope that it turns out well. Okay. So, I’ve come to this AT&T store in the mall a few times, and my experiences in the store have been limited to obtaining information and paying my bill. It’s a pretty large store, and I have noticed that it’s either empty or busy, never somewhere in between, and I can never figure out when it’ll be a good time to go. I’ve gone on a Saturday and been the only person there, or a random Tuesday afternoon and find that all the employees(there have never been less than three) are assisting someone; one very important thing I’d like to note, is that any time I’ve gone, and they are not busy, I’ve been approached by someone. The great thing about just wanting to pay your bill is that there is a self-service station where you can wrap up your business in less than five minutes and be on your way. The first time I went to pay my bill, I wasn’t sure what to do, and when I told the person that I just wanted to pay my bill, she led me to the machine and walked me through the process and was very friendly and helpful. In general, all of the employees have been INCREDIBLY friendly, polite, and helpful, providing some of the best service in the mall. They, and only they, are the reason that I’ve giving this store three stars, because though the customer service they provide in-store is great, the service provider itself is awful. I’m not going to go on and on about how awful my experience with AT&T itself was and go through all the ugly details of my ordeal with this awful company, and not because it would be small, petty, and of no use to you, but because I just don’t have the time to go through it all. I dealt with this company for home and business purposes, including cable, telephone, and internet, and now I don’t deal with them at all. I would like to end my review by saying this: I would highly recommend getting a restraining order against AT&T, but if your thing is abusive relationships and AT&T is looking good to you, then I would highly recommend this location.
