This location is now permanently closed. There is a sign on the door which refers you to a Wheaton location which is not convenient for us. They just sold us gift cards. Wonder if management knew they were closing.

Jamba Juice is always just ok to me and this establishment on particular was really subpar. I found it kind of funny that on a Sunday evening there were seven workers and two customers. All the workers must of been under 21 and were all standing around talking.

I feel lucky that this Jamba Juice is so near to me – because I’ve always loved juice and smoothies, but I’m also appreciative that I can get good juice and good smoothies at a clean location with good service. Although they do serve things you have to chew, my experience is limited to just the things you imbibe. Obviously they have juice – I’m sure you can walk in and order an orange juice – but what’s great are the combinations of juice they offer, offering you something it would be difficult to make at home. Plus you can get a shit of wheatgrass if that floats your boat. The juice itself is always really good, but I’m not going to say that you can’t find better, or that the juice you make at home isn’t better. I don’t know the type or quality of fruit they use, but I seriously doubt that they use bad fruit, though it may not be the absolute best. I feel they make a great product. They have two basic kinds of smoothies: the ‘classic’ fruit smoothies, and the fruit/vegetable smoothies. I love both, but I have been gravitating more toward the fruit and vegetable combinations, which have sometimes served as lunch. The two I love best are the Apple & Kale(pretty self-explanatory) and one called Berry Upbeet, which includes strawberries, blueberries, and(of course!) beets. freaking. awesome. I would also highly recommend their ‘whole food’ or something smoothies, which are basically the fruit/vegetable smoothies with a few added ingredients like yogurt, seeds, or soymilk; I love the one called Kale-ribbean Breeze, with kale, mango, Greek yogurt, and chia seeds. The one smoothie I don’t particularly like is the orange and carrot combination, and I love carrot juice and orange juice, but I don’t think you’re doing anyone a favor when you put the two together – instead both the carrot juice and the orange juice taste faint, making the whole drink taste watered down. With tasty, refreshing drinks, and friendly service, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a smoothie or some juice, and – if you’re one of those people who gets that craving often – would encourage you to enroll in their rewards program. It’s right outside the mall, in the same little strip as Naf Naf Grill, so come and check it out if you haven’t yet. Now if only they would offer tapioca pearls…

With the news of the Downtown Naperville location being closed, I found myself in some extreme need for Jamba. The next closest location to me was the Fox Valley Mall. I would love to say that all Jamba’s have a reputation of being VERY clean and serving very fresh and fast smoothies and juices. But today was an issue… I had to wait 15 minutes for 2 smoothies and I was the only person in the place!!! The(who appeared to be) manager did not apologize for the wait or even LOOKATME! Her head was down the whole time while she was trying to get the smoothies ready. Slow service REALLY kills my patience… Especially when I am the only person in the store and receive no apology for the long wait. So this why I am only giving this location 3 stars

We headed into Jamba Juice after we stuffed ourselves full of sushi at «The Sushi Rotary,’ and ordered the Caribbean Passion. It was very nice to have something smoothie and fruity after eating a lot of sushi. The employees are friendly and the place is nice and clean. Great place to stop by for a fruity freeze drink if it’s not still winter out there.

A Jamba Juice BOGO promotion text brought me in today. They were nice about letting me show them my phone instead of having to print off the coupon that was attached to the text. I ordered two 24 oz smoothies. My order did not take long at all. They both tasted perfect. If I was going to get really critical, I would say that they were both a bit thin, but definitely still tasted good. I usually stop at this JJ because it is on my way home from work, but by the time you turn into Fox Valley Mall, park, get your order and get back out on 59, you’ve burned 20 minutes easily. I’d recommend this JJ. It is clean and the employees are on top of it.

I used to love coming to this Jamba Juice location. However, the last 3 times I was there, customer service has been very, very horrible. Rude and inattentive. They just want you out of the store as soon as you walk in. The manager there is horrible and the sales cashier as well… I love Jamba Juice but these 2 individuals are making it very hard for me to come back here.
