Starbucks

This location was out of my strawberry acai refresher so I decided to try a frap… Asked for a trenta ice water as well and the man advised me they don’t give out anything larger than a grande ice water! I understand not giving out the larger waters to non– paying customers but not someone that pays $ 5 for a freaking coffee! Starbucks just lost my business!

This location is great. The staff are so sweet and they always get my order correct and within a timely matter.

I love this location. The employees are always sweet and amazing workers especially Cassandra and Jordan I come every morning Monday through Friday and they always take care of me. There positive attitude and caring hearts to ask how I am doing makes my day better.

This is a great Starbucks… Very fun and happy group of baristas… fast and efficient… I will go out of my way to stop in here for a cup!

Very slow don’t bother to come here just drive to more minutes down the street to the other Starbucks

Went thru drive thru… for ice coffee but got hot. Held up whole line behind me when they insisted on correcting. So, cant give them higher rating with mistake but they did correct… and they were slammed. I think only time Starbucks is NOT slammed is after 4.

I stopped in today to get my sister and I a beverage for this mornings breakfast, and all I received was attitude from this Starbucks. I’m giving them a one star I won’t come back to this one ever again! I ordered a Tall non fat white mocha light whip, and a Venti iced chai with 10 ice cubes, they were separate orders. The Barista looked at me with a perplexed look on her face. She said you really want me to count out 10 ice cubes and I said yes that’s what I ordered please. Then she’s like okay with a snotty attitude, she said so you want a white mocha and I said yes, a tall HOT white mocha non fat light whip please .The Barista had wrote my drink on a Grande Cup, she realized that she did so an threw it away .Why did she just not make my drink in the Grande cup?, and mark it as a Tall? The waist is ridiculous. I just came here due to convenience all thumbs down!!! and on top of that my espresso is burnt I’m going to call corporate and express my disappointment this is not the first time it has happened here unfortunately. It has happened numerous times .I was hoping that it was going to be better but it was not. When you pay $ 5 for hand crafted beverage it should be scrumptious, also you pay more than $ 5 for their specialty drinks fraps, excreta, excreta. You expect your beverage to be perfect every time. The waste that goes on is just absolutely ridiculous horrible horrifying please save a tree for goodness sake!!!

Won’t be returning, they don’t appreciate my money and have bad attitudes. Would give zero stars if I could.

Service was given by some spoiled brats that apparently think that coffee is not a beverage. Not think I’ll be back to this Starbucks.

I hate this location, which sucks because everyone else seems to like it so I literally try to like this place but the sad fact is that I just DONT. Not once (out of the 4 or 5 times that I’ve been here) have they had all the ingredients for a drink I want. The last 2 times I went, they’ve been out of the S’more and the Caramel Ribbon Crunch with big ” temporarily unavailable” tags across the menu.

$ 2.12 for a flourless chocolate chip cookie (170 calories!). I got a café latte here for under $ 4 (grande=medium) with a shot of caramel. It’s different from their caramel latte which has 4 shots of caramel sauce. The girl who took my order was a little spacey but other than that this place is great. Plenty of parking & there’s a drive thru for those in a rush! There’s a good amount of indoor/​outdoor seating & there’s ample window light indoors. Great place to get work done & this Starbucks seems to be less cold than most that I’ve studied in. They’re offering a Happy Hour deal from May 1 – 5 from 3−5PM for their frappucinos. It’s a 50% off deal I believe. Their featured frappucinos right now are the Smores & the caramel ribbon crunch (an old flavor that they’re bringing back). Starbucks stores have been converting their layout to a more dark horizontal wood feel with wooden ceilings for a more modern look. I totally dig the renovation. I finally activated my rewards «card» as a mobile app. You don’t need the physical card if you have the app b/​c you can just scan the barcode in your app. You can add $$ to the card and basically use your phone to pay & rack up reward points that later on give you discounts. They have two chai tea options (Oprah chai & their regular chai). The regular chai is basically just the Tazo chai while the Oprah chai has a more complex flavor profile. I tried a smores tart with a giant marshmallow on top & thought it was delicious. They heat it up for you so the marshmallow gets toasty & gooey! I’ve also tried the cute Frappucino cookie (under 400 cal). It’s aesthetically pleasing & is pretty tasty too! The milk chocolate part has a hint of citrus in it almost. For those who aren’t into coffee, you can get tea lattes despite chai being the only tea latte on the menu. I got a jade citrus mint tea latte (w/​2% steamed milk) & honey (size: venti) for $ 2.88. Don’t be an eager beaver like me and drink it immediately. I burnt my tongue.

management keeps its very cold inside. Asked them to tun up the heat 4 times with no resolve. Poor customer service. STAY AWAY

I know I know, why the five stars? Is just another Starbucks; you don’t understand the Starbucks I’m used to. This one gets my order right, makes my drinks taste the way it should, calls out my name, and does it all with (I think) a genuine niceness. Unlike the mean one that’s near my place.
There’s enough room to study, read, share wifi, or people watch in the clean area. Check it out.

I usually enjoy going to this Starbucks to study as there is a little half booth space in the back with plenty if plugs to do work. This last time I went though I was rather disappointed in the service which has never been an issue. I stood in the front waiting for someone to take my order but no one came. Considering they weren’t busy I was surprised it took so long for someone to take my order.

We must have experienced the D-​squad. They got my fiancé’s venti mocha wrong and gave us a venti mocha frapp instead. When pointed out on their error, they let us keep the drink. Shame I can’t stand mocha and my fiancé can’t stand frapps. Some homeless guy had his night made tonight.
The icing on the cake was that I ordered a venti vanilla bean frappucino. The venti mocha frapp we were handed that was not ours was their last venti iced cup. Bad inventory control – and it made my heart sad. Until I got my «vanilla bean» frapp that had so much caramel in it there was literally no vanilla.
First impressions mean a lot and I take all the previous good reviews in stride. I may give them another chance but with the multiple locations in the area, I will go somewhere else before coming back here.
A shame – this place looks like it has a lot of potential.

Standard (good) Starbucks quality. Fast and friendly service. And, perhaps most importantly, it has a drive-​thru. My only real complaint would be the sales tax. My bill seemed a bit high, so I looked at the receipt. The sales tax rate was over 8.5% (yikes). I asked the Barista, who indicated there is a higher rate in the «Havana District». I did not know this, which proves how long it has been since I shopped in this area. Anyway, the Barista was helpful and friendly, and I definitely appreciate that they could answer my question instead of just shrugging.

I love the location. There’s plenty of outlets to do my work, and charge my phone if need be. My one gripe, and it’s a big one. The place is like a meat locker. The temperature outside was below freezing, inside the air conditioning is running like the Arctic. I eventually had to leave I was too cold, and when I went outside to the below freezing temperature, it was warmer outside than inside.
I think staff would be more observant of customers at each chair having their coats on.
Ok, by far this has turned into my all time favorite Starbucks. Something has definitely changed. The staff are phenomenal here. They are all extremely friendly, helpful, and upbeat about everything it seems. I spend hours here at a time, and will say that this place has turned into a coffee haven for everyone it seems. The place is very busy.
Another positive is that they use the new Google high speed Internet. Thankfully so, that old AT&T slowness was horrible. The Internet here is able to manage everyone streaming something it seems.
If only every Starbucks location was like this one…

I absolutely love the location of this drive through Starbucks!!! The staff here is Always really nice, and the service is impeccable. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 – 10 minutes for my coffee! Did you guys know that they have a size bigger than venti now?! A trenti!!! It’s crazy.
