I placed a large order for boxed lunches for an on campus event. This restaurant was not able to deliver my order. People from my office were helping put the boxes together and even then, part of the order didn’t arrive until 1 hour and 15 minutes past the start of the meeting. The manager declined to give any compensation at all; very poor service and no apology or responsibility taken for their poor ordering. I will never patronize this Subway again; will go to Jimmy Johns instead.
