Disclaimer — I love Muay Thai and kickboxing so I may be a bit biased. This is is a great workout. Do yourself a favor, drop your tibo or other workouts, drop off your fancy gym membership and try a class. KB and MT bring a smile on my face just like I was 16 again… Its great for self defense too. The KB class at this location is good for DEN/​Aurora, the staff is friendly, they instructors give you time, are patient, cordial and such. Best of all the place is clean for a KB gym. Bc of the small class size you get more one on one attention. I am looking fwd to the MT class next.
