I love living at the Apartments at Kirkland Crossing. I have lived here almost a year and have no complaints. The office staff members are extremely friendly and get to know you by name. The grounds and especially pool area are beautiful. The maintenance guys are absolutely awesome. They will fix whatever problem you have within a day and actually make sure that it’s done right. They are also very nice. The website to pay rent and make work-order requests is easy to use. It’s a great place to live and worth the money.

I’ve lived here for over two years and let me say that I am counting down the days until my lease is up. Let me start off with the very few pros this complex has. 1. The pool. It is usually clean and well maintained. 2. The exterior of the complex looks nice. 3. The apartments have full size washers and dryers. Now my list of cons. 1. Pray it doesn’t snow because they do a HORRIBLE job with shoveling. Even had the nerve to send out a newsletter stating it was too cold to send their guys out to shovel. This was a low blow to my neighbor and I since we both work outside daily. 2. They are constantly renovating or doing construction on units starting at 7 am. Better hope you don’t have a 2nd or 3rd shift job because you won’t get any sleep. 3. The playground is a mess. Teenagers run the place and often take the wooden fence apart and hit each other with the pieces. I’ve complained to the office numerous times. They don’t care. 4. The garbage is not picked up regularly so the dumpster is often full and it smells really bad if you have a unit near it. 5. Office staff is a hit or miss. Some of them are nice while some of them are just rude. 6. They have a grill area but it closes at 6. Most people are at work until 5 so that gives you a whopping 1 hour to get home and use the grill. Oh by the way, I am writing this review while on vacation from work. Would have loved to sleep in but was woken up at 7 am due to the maintenance people drilling holes next door. That’s how thin the walls are. Luxury Apartments? That is a joke.
