Nice to see there is still some R&B culture near the city of Denver. The food tastes great. The Bar Rescue rehab was successful and the place looks great. The bouncers are on their job and seem a bit surly but it is welcomed and I like knowing everyone has been given a thorough pat down. Music is great, slightly loud, but the dancing is awesome! Live music nights are really cool and there is an older, more sophisticated crowd.

Only good thing about this place is the Catfish! Parking is horrible, music loud, drinks and service terrible… and after the live music ends, the DJ plays for a younger crowd that is rude and sometimes loud and unruly! You see the same people over and over, like one big clique… Definitely not the place where the elite meet. If you are expecting a high end club, this is not the place… nothing like back East where people really know how to dress, enjoy fine entertainment and quality service and drinks.

I came in here looking for a real good time. I left feeling invigorated and like a new person. A wise man once said«the only wrong answer is the one you don’t ask» and I learned that tonight. Being a shy, introverted and frankly, fearful white male, I wanted to experience a new culture not common in my mostly well-to-do white and Asian community. The bouncers were really great. I’ve never been felt anywhere but from doctors(and trust me, I have had many). They had also pulled many a guy who were getting quite aggressive with me when talking to some very attractive ladies. And the bartenders were really helpful with my bar inexperience. All-in-all 10⁄10 experience. The 4 stars is for feeling slightly out of place.
