Very disappointing. I went there on Monday to pick up a Christmas gift for my boss. I couldn’t afford to pay for engraving, but the desk clock on display looked nice enough that I thought I could get away without any engraving. When my boss opened the box, the engraving plate was missing and the silver box looked horrible without it and there were finger prints all over it. It looked like a used gift. I was so ashamed of my gift. When I took it back to the store, the cashier said that they don’t check anything if you aren’t getting the item engraved. I was really disappointed that they didn’t offer to engrave my boss’ three initials or something to make up for this terrible, embarrassing situation. Instead, they insinuated that it was somehow my fault because I couldn’t pay to have it engraved. My advise is to check things over very carefully so you don’t have to experience the embarrassment of giving your boss a cheap looking gift.

Seller was deliberately deceptive and rude. I explained and marked specifically what I wanted on my item and she mis-​engraved it anyway. Did not have item in stock so I had to wait two days. Then when I asked her to fix the mistake she said they didn’t have anymore plates in the store so I would have to wait ANOTHER dy if I wanted it fixed. I could have had it shipped sooner, and error free. National customer service was even more disrespectful and less helpful when I tried to get the situation resolved. Go anywhere else. This company cheats you our of your money and doesn’t even try to feign politeness and respect for their customers.
