Wireless Toyz

I really, truly despise wireless companies. All their stupid rules, and their two year contract renewals for every change to any plan — it’s such a ripoff and just sucks. Talk about having consumers by the balls — 10 cents a second for this, $ 200 for that. Urgh!
Wireless Toyz is just a cool space to not feel like you are getting screwed with no meal. Every time I have gotten an upgrade, bought a new phone, changed my account, etc — they have been super cool in the entire process. They are informative. They actually want to see you get a good deal and leave happy. The service level is high with a real interest in doing you right.
Sometimes I get in a mood and I feel like I should get something free because I have been so taken advantage of, and I bounced into Wireless Toyz in one of these moods. I had just bought a new phone and realized that my car charger was no longer compatible with my new phone. So, I took the old charger into the store explained that I would be willing to trade the old charger for a brand new one that would be compatible with the new phone I just purchased. The manager just looked at me, took the old charger and went in the back and got me another charger. No questions, no making me feel like an asshole, no charge. And this I appreciate.
I have been back numerous times and I no longer demand accessories for my toys. I appreciate their hard work and their service~
