Get Nailed

Horrible horrible customer service. I went to get a manicure for my mother’s day treat. It turned out to be a disaster. I was never treated unfairly in my life. I left feeling horrible instead of pampered as I expected. After sitting at a table waiting for somebody to do my nails, a lady came and asked what I wanted. I showed her the picture on my phone she said she couldn’t do it and walked off to the back serving another customer without telling me anything. I had to wait another 15 minutes until somebody else could paint my nails and waited another 20 minutes for another girl could draw. Here is the worse thing happened! She drew 4 uneven lines on my nails, she said she couldn’t do it for me, if she knew I was Vietnamese she would have not agreed to do my nails. She didn’t stop there, she complained that I paid to much attention to detail on my nails and blaming on the 1^st person who agreed to do it for me. She was talking like it was my fault to come here and get my nails done. After 5 attempts and fail and telling me she had 3 other customers waiting for her and she refused to do a decent job. Do yourself a favor and find another nail shop if you want to feel pretty and treat like paying customer!

I have been here a lot! Definitely the cheapest place to get your nails done. It has ALWAYS been crowded when I went, a lot of kids unfortunately. I recently went and got acrylic nails and my nail tech was LILLY and she was ABSOLUTELY amazing! She went above and beyond! Will be back for her!

Have had success getting my nails done here. It was on a Sunday. Superbowl and they were busy. I had the rep. from table 10, I didn’t get her name but she was very good… Had the super gel polish, Mani, pedi, and nails put on. Was there for three hours… 30 min. wait would go back to her again.

I love this place and have for years, I don’t live in that side of town anymore, but whenever I am near I stop by if my nails/​toes need some attention. Lily is a great owner along with her husband. The rest of the staff is nice and caring to your needs to ensure you enjoy your services.

Do not go here. Very rude and talks shit in they language. Very poor eyebrow area smells bad. Clutter everywhere. People are ghetto and rude. I suggest not spending your money with these people. Vibe is bad not a customer service type more like just give me your money first then hi!

Great experience. My mom was visiting out of town and I had a gift certificate so we came for deluxe Mani and pedis. Then my 6 year old boy ended up getting a kids pedi which was great because his toe nails were like talons. They could use a really deep clean of base boards and behind pedi chairs but I was pleased with the results and would come again.

For a last minute fill-​in it was okay. The acrylic was too thick and filing is un even, so my nails look like nubby talons. The technician was nice though. I think I’ll stick to my folks in DEKALB… New nails on Montréal Rd in Tucker. Lesson learned!

Good for the money. My technician did a great job and spoke English which is a plus. A little run down but everything worked the only think that was a little strange was the there were 2 people sleeping in the last 2 pedicure chairs. Not sure if they were employees or not. Then one of them started to eat some sort of bread. Over all I would come back again.

Customer service is always good, my nails are always perfect and they are always personal with their clients. Love them!!!

Visited this spot trying to find a replacement for Fitfth Nail Bar.
They did a great job on polishing — but everything else was lackluster.
My tech was a sweet, older lady — but I could barely feel her massage and it was over quickly — no hot towels — no scrub. Just the bare, bare minimum.
Not very much space between chairs which means that if you have two inconsiderate people on either side of you (which I did) that talk on their cell phones during their entire surface (again — bingo) — you are not going to be able to relax.

I had the most heavenly deluxe pedicure today! I was sore and tired from walking many miles on vacation and my legs and feet feel amazing after being pampered by Linda.
I also had a fill in that was done quickly and looks great! You have as a client for life Get Nailed!

Went one time and all was well with a mani/​pedi but went back on a busy Sunday and no greeting at the door! My pet peeve, I absolutely REFUSE to give my $$ to any uncourteous businesses. I turned and walked out! BYE

This was my daughter and myself first visit. We will definitely come back. The staff were friendly and the service was great. Their prices were very reasonable too.

I stopped by here with my friend. She loves this place. I liked it. Since I just recently had a pedicure (like a week and a half ago), I can’t really say how well of a job they did for me. But my friends hands and feet looked great. They were kind and the place looks nice inside. I’d return again if I am on this side and am in need a some foot pampering.

I live in the vicinity and get my pedi’s and brows addressed here. This is a family owned salon and a husband and wife run the operation. Lilly is my absolute favorite nail tech, super friendly, witty and just plain olé kool. Her husband is quiet but nice also and they know me by name since I’ve been going there now for about 3 yrs. Finally they have upgraded the facility now, with new booth style chairs, colors, flat screen etc. They are located on the Lenny’s side of the shopping ctr, which is a small strip with only a few other small businesses. This is the only nail shop in the area that I have been pleased with and shall be paying them a visit this wknd, just in time for the 4^th of July !

I’m always a sucker for a place with a clever name, so I stopped in here today for a quick eyebrow wax (the previous time I had them done somewhere else, and they were crooked!), and was pretty impressed. no wait, clean, not toooooo smelly environment (I know they can’t really help that), and the girl who did my wax did a great job, especially considering how long it had been since my last one. she asked me how I liked them, and she did just that. I liked that they had the waxing prices listed right in front of the waxing chair, although the only one I didn’t see listed was the one I’d be afraid to ask about. I don’t ever really get my nails done but this is definitely my new eyebrow stop.
