Papa John’s Pizza

Too bad I can’t give zero stars because I would. I ordered my pizza online. We did carry out once we got home we realize the pizza was completely burnt underneath the bottom.
I called the location first to see what their policy was. The first guy who answered the phone was completely rude with me and hung up on me. I called back and ask to speak to the manager but the same guy answered the phone and said he was the manager. I’m pretty sure he wasn’t and I’m pretty sure he also gave me a fake name. I usually enjoy Papa John’s this was my first time using this location needless to say I will never be back.
This is the worst location ever with the absolute worst customer service. The food quality is very poor.

They always deliver my pizza within a reasonable time! Their drivers are always so nice. I order here every other weekend. They only messed up my order once by giving me the wrong pizza however they were very apologetic. Love papa johns!

The worst service for delivery ever!!! I Googled for the one near me and was given the run around but kept getting sent back to the Austell location. Even the manager sent me away to other locations. I got tired of calling aroud and ordered online. At checkout guess which address my order was coming from… the same Austell location that kept sending me around! I called back to inform them and they put me on hold for over 10 minutes without checking back. I just gave up… I had a huge party to feed and they all wanted Poppa Johns… just Poppa Johns didn’t want us. I’m going to make sure everyone knows this!!!

This location is absolutely disgusting. My niece found HAIR on her slice of pizza. The short and curly kind. Vomit-​inducing. I filed a complaint with corporate and after receiving an email assuring me that the store manager of this branch would contact me, no such thing happened. Steer clear of this place!

First time noticing this papa johns since the old one shut down on Austell rd. As always papa john’s pizza does wonders for the soul! I had a small pepperoni pizza & a Pepsi. It was steaming HOT just like I like it. The service was okay, but the blonde inside was a REAL blonde !

Staff are always super friendly… Never wasted my time requesting delivery since it’s right up the street. Can’t go wrong with the garlic sauce

This place is a disgrace to the papa johns name. Their pizzas are smaller than other papa johns and they barely give you toppings. And the managers stink

What can I say about Papa John’s? Fresh ingredients, better pizza? Not really. I haven’t had Papa John’s in a while, but this was probably one of the worst pizza’s I’ve had. I don’t know if this is this location or Papa John’s in general. But the pizza didn’t taste very good.
The crust was too tough to chew. The huge amount of toppings didn’t add much depth of flavors. It was weird that a pizza with that much toppings didn’t seem to have good flavors. Maybe they didn’t mix well.
The only reason I ordered this is because of a 50% off coupon I found on the Internet. Even with the coupon, it still seemed expensive. They charge tax and delivery fees on top of your order. Plus, I still have to tip the driver. It’s almost like Ticketmaster-​level amount of fees.
The delivery man seemed nice though.
Papa John’s: overpriced and bad pizza. Well, at least my bird loved the crust.

WTF! I’ve never had a problem with this Papa John’s before but after tonight’s episode, I guess I’ll be trying the new pizza at Pizza Hut! I ordered two medium pizzas on a slow Tuesday night. It took forever to get to my house and one of the pizzas was completely burnt. On top of that, the driver came to the door talking on his phone and cursing that he was sick and tired of being pulled over. Hunh?!? Anyway, I found the number to call the store (I’d placed the order online) and the sales rep proceeded to ask me to explain the extent in which the pizza was burnt. «Was it just the crust or the entire pizza?» Really? REALLY! He asked if I wanted them to bring me a new pizza or get a credit for the next visit. Next visit? NEXT VISIT! I told his tail that I wanted a complete refund. SMH! Where’s the customer service. Another Austell establishment bites the dust!
