Can I give zero stars? Get the person’s name with whom you spoke. I called ahead to find out the hours to take my pre-employment drug test. They said they were open from 9 – 4, yet when I got there, there were 4 people waiting in line and they were closed and the people waiting said they’d open at 1:30. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and a bunch of people who don’t care. They are just there to collect a pay check.

Incredibly rude, slow, staff. Needed a drug test for a job and the wait was over an hour! No one really cares here! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Rude employees that showed up 45 minutes late for scheduled opening. Had procedure errors that required additional shots.
Requires a credit card authorization for services, even in network. Avoid this place !!!
