No stars should be given. I have never in my life been treated so rudely. The front desk help, specifically Maria McCoy, is probably one of the worst encounters with a company I’ve had in my life. On top of her being rude and condescending she was also unapologetic once I let her know that her tone was unprofessional. To be belittled and berated by a person representing a corporation is unacceptable. I reached out to the manager Derrick regarding my experience and I did not sense any urgency to rectify the situation. I am appalled that a company is being managed this way. I’m definitely contacting corporate. I am pissed.

My experience with Labcorp was great. I like the fact that you do not have to pay for parking like at some of the other facilities I have visited.
I made an appointment the day before and arrived roughly 11 minutes before my appointment time. I signed in at the front desk with my name and appointment time. As soon as it was my appointment time I was at the counter handing over my paperwork, state id and insurance card.
The staff was extremely considerate and professional. They were very mindful of my time and the fact that i had an appointment.
I was out of the facility 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I would definitely choose this facility over the Buckhead and Downtown locations.
