Terrible customer service. My girlfriend was making a order but the lady kept cutting her off and yelling «WHAT? CAN’T HEAR YOU?» so we just left and went to Taco Bell. Extremely disrespectful

Late night drive thru on limited menu. Clean. Fat. Good for those bigger munchies that qt or race trac can’t fill…

Make sure you double-​check your drive thru order. They almost always screw up something. Today they forgot chicken nuggets and swapped a cheeseburger for Big Mac! How? :-\
I had to drive all the way back from home while my wife ate to get my order fixed. And had to ask for a refund. :-(

I don’t understand how folks can be rude, condescending, and irritating when they are right across the street from the hospital.
The guy that took our order hassles us about a chicken with sandwich. He was so rude that he didn’t listen to the entire order. We tried to finish but he closed the order and made it a hassle to complete it. Just a simple chicken sandwich fries and coke. Shouldn’t be that hard. And the attendants shouldn’t be so rude.
We would’ve left but we had to help family at the hospital.

It looks like this store has undergone a makeover since these last reviews, because when I was there yesterday with my elderly mother we were impressed with how nice the restaurant looked, and how pleasant and efficient the service was. Kudos to manager Wendy who runs a tight ship with efficiency, humor and respect for the employees. I told mom she needs to go to this Mickey D’s when she has a. «Mac» attack. :)

It was a McDonald’s. We’ve all been there and know what to expect. I can say that the service was fast and I got thru the 24 hour drive thru, but that crap made my stomach hurt! Why oh why did I have to stop and eat that?
