I’ve been storing with 04 storage for about 3 months now, and it’s been great! Communicating, paying and accessing has been really easy. My only critiques are that I wish that the business was open later than 3pm and paying online were a little easier.
Other than that, the guy I’ve been dealing with has been really helpful. I usually call stressed out because I forgot to pay and I’m a day late, and every time I’ve dealt with him he’s been really calming lol. Also, when I first moved everything into my storage unit, they were cool with me going there really late at night.
I chose them because they were close, but I would definitely use them again, even if they are a bit further away. Nice to have a good experience supporting a local company! :)

My friend was 4 days late on her June 2014 rent for 2 units. She contacted the management before it was due and told them she was going to be a few days late. They said no problem it would be a $ 15 late fee. We showed up to get her some clothes out for her new job and her gate code was locked out. Mgmt said that she would not be locked out, but she was.
The worst part is that their office is closed Fri, Sat, and Sun, and other days they are only open until 3 pm. This is NOT good customer service. We emailed and left voice messages but no response.
We do not recommend this business; find one that is larger or does not have a gate.
