I recently had a hot water heater installed by Tim. He is an independent plumber with loads of experience. I am a DIY kind of guy that thought it looked easy to change out a water heater but decided to hire it out, under the motto that I don’t know what I don’t know. Wow! Am I glad I hired Tim. It is a much more involved job than I thought and he ended up putting in a top notch heater and getting me up to code. He was very patient with all my questions and I learned a bunch from him. He didn’t take any shortcuts either. I have Tim in my phone now, as I will be calling him for all my needs.

Tim was referred to me by a friend of mine that is a contractor. I had called several plumbers, and with the exception of Union Jack they did not return my calls. Union Jack called me back immediately, but did not do the type of plumbing that I needed to have done. Tim answered his phone on the first call and was able to begin work within a week. He called the night before to confirm the time he was due to arrive at my house the next morning and called the next morning to let me know he was on the way. He showed up each day at the time we agreed upon and finished the work on time and on-​budget. His plumbing skills were excellent and his journeyman Mitchell was great as well. Very pleased with Tim and he will be the plumber I call in the future.

It’s always hard to find reliable plumbers who are fairly priced and do a good job, which is why I have to Unilocal on Tim. A friend had recommended him for my plumbing needs, and I’m glad that I listened because Tim not only does a good job, but he’s also extremely flexible. I was having issues with my hot water heater, so Tim came over and took a look at it. He ended up adjusting the temperature, and I can take hot showers once again. If you go with a big company, they’ll charge you just for showing up as a ‘service charge,’ but Tim didn’t charge me anything. He was also willing to come after hours which is a plus for those who work. I’m happy that I finally found a good plumber, and I will be contacting Tim again for future plumbing needs.
