I bought a LivingSocial deal and at first Kevin was very cooperative and eager to work with me. He came over and gave me a lengthy consultation and took measurements. However, after the first meeting that’s when it all went downhill. We would communicated via email on several occasions but he would always have an excuse of why he didn’t get back to me sooner in each response(that is, if he replied back at all). In the end, I left several voicemails on his mobile and emails but he never responded. This was over a three month period and finally I got fed up that I just asked LivingSocial for a refund. It’s shocking that the person who just reviewed him had such great things to say. It’s just plain old unprofessional that Kevin never got back to me.

Just used Kevin to install all our blinds and the service was great had no complaints but about a month later we noted one of them had a really bad squeaking noise and was hard to use. Within 5 minutes of me sending him an email he called and came over that night just to take care of it. And that deserved a 5 star rating for customer service. I will definitely use him again and refer him to my clients.
