I used Russ and Ellen at the recommendation of my neighbor who was quite satisfied with their work. I received quotes from multiple local vendors but trusted the job to them and I wasn’t disappointed.
Russ was very helpful in presenting multiple options and various price points for window coverings in my new condo. After thoroughly discussing the options, I requested a quote for wood blinds for the lower level and cellular shades on the upper level. I was quite pleased with the price in comparison to other quotes and felt comfortable knowing the job would be done right because Russ would do the measurements and installation himself.
The order took about three weeks to come in through the manufacturer and since the woof blinds arrived earlier than the cellular shades, Russ offered to come out and install them since he knew I was without window covering at the time. A few days later he completed the installation of the remaining shades once they became available.
Russ was incredibly professional, prompt and courteous. He also managed the installation with proper care and left everything completely clean upon completion.
I am very pleased with the outcome and I highly recommend their services.

Worst Customer Service one can have. Contacted them over a year ago. Never received a response. Thought I would give the another try. Contacted them a few months ago. After a month I received a follow up call and they left a message. I literally called back within 5 minutes and actually got a live person. However, even after I explained the entire situation, I never got a call back. Don’t waste your time. This company has no intention of taking care of their customers. If I could give less than a star I would.
