Detailed Version:
Jay Pollack roofed my parents house about 20 years ago as a young professional. Actually he roofed their entire neighborhood. I figured it was worth trying to track him down to see if he was still in the business. As luck would have it, he was. I own my own house now and was pretty sure we could use a new roof.
Jay came out to inspect our roof and we sat down for a consultation. One big thing I value about Jay, at 512ROOFS​.COM is that he is honest. He told me there were a few spots that «could» be repaired, however that the roof did not necessarily need replacing yet. He informed me that the current roof would be good for a couple more years. I decided I wanted to have him do the job anyway to get it done.
Jay has been in the business for a long time, he is honest, he doesn’t cut corners, and he is fast. He also goes the extra mile. His material supplier loaded the supplies on the rooftop as to not block our driveway. His crew was here the following day and very courteous. I didn’t even get a chance to see them working on the roof. By the time I arrived home from work the entire job was complete.
For most people roofs are a maintenance expense… While the roof system 512ROOFS installed is beautiful and extremely durable, I’m not one to get excited over a roof, but WOW it looks amazing, I am impressed!!!
