I just had the same problem Steve did with Eric promising to show up at a certain time/date and then not showing and no call or text about it. I even rescheduled to fit his timeframe better and he still didn’t show and didn’t call. I’ve now left multiple voicemails and texts with no response. I wish I had had a good experience with Decker but I haven’t. I’m just glad I didn’t spend any money with him.

I had a pump installed for my Polaris Dec 30, 2011 for over $ 400. When I turned it on the next day it leaked in two places. It is October 19th and I have never been able to get the owner to come out and fix it. I have called him at least once a week and numerous texts. At first he promised he would make it out on a certain date but always a no show. When I called back he always told me he was swamped making me feel like my problem was not important. Now he won’t even return my calls or texts and I am not sure he is even in business. I can’t tell you how patient I have been with Eric with excuse after excuse. So disappointed and angry I spent over $ 400 and wasted my time for 10 months chasing him with calls and texts. I now also will have to pay someone else to fix his mistake.
