Pristine Pools

I used Pristine Pools for the first time this week. We have had a hell of a time with algae this year. It is probably our stupidness at getting the chemicals right, and we have a lot of oak trees. Plus we let our dogs swim (our black lab looooooves the pool). So I have gone through a couple of pool cleaning services. Javier came out to get our pool cleaned. We had algae that was adhering to the bottom of the pool. The water was clear, but green everywhere. SO frustrating!!! Javier came out and taught me SO much about all the avenues to keeping our pool clean. He got it cleaned in one stop. He came by the next day to check on it and followup with what he had done. I cannot tell you how professional and knowledgeable Javier is and was. I found their website on the BBB site, as I have been burned before and will only work with businesses registered with Better Business Bureau. Javier, you and your company rock and you are the only people I will let clean my pool in the future. Your knowledgeability and professionalism ROCK!

These guys are great. They helped me understand how my pool works and the few problems that I had. They took their time to explain my options and prices to get my pool in perfect condition.
After trying to maintain our pool on our own, we decided to have them service and maintain it by coming once a week and get it PRISTINE.
These guys are very professional and nice.
Their prices are adequate and when they have to do a fix they do it quickly so labour time/​charge is also very reasonable.
