Access Inspections

I used Jim after being referred to him by friends I work with. He didn’t disappoint! He was punctual and extremely thorough. He also let me tag along and follow him around explaining all if his findings along with their remedies if needed. He is meticulous and very knowledgeable of the builder codes and years they took effect. We spent nearly 6 hours inspecting a 4300sq ft house inside and out. He sent his report to me by the next morning complete with color photos of any problems along with an explanation on why there were deficiencies and how to remedy them (even though he already explained them to me during the inspection). Throughout the entire process, Jim was pleasant and very personable. I learned a lot about the home I was buying and felt more comfortable in the investment. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend his services, which for the record were extremely affordable for the time and effort he spent!
