Matt did an incredible job for us inspecting our home. He met us on a Sunday and thoroughly reviewed all the relevant aspects of our house. Matt took the time to explain each of his findings in a way we could understand, which helped get us comfortable in making our final decision to move forward with our purchase. A smart inspector with a background as a builder, a wide range of experience, and a competitive price. I would recommend him to anyone who asks!

in an attempt to do a preemptive strike, i decided to get a pre-​inspection and hire a stager to walk through my house to tell me what i need to do to help it sell once i’m ready to list so i’d have some time to get everything addressed. Matthew is a very conscientious individual who gave some very thorough feedback and was amenable to being peppered with questions. He has a background in construction management so outside of pointing out things i should consider addressing, should address and immediately address (cleaning my chimney) he had a lot of information on projects i wanted to attack on my own (grout/​caulk, replacing or possibility of fixing broken kitchen drawers, etc) and giving rough estimates on how much stuff would cost (ripping out and repouring parts of the patio out back.) Also pointed out stuff like the gutters on the front of the house seemed to be for decoration only as some of them didn’t even have downspouts (installed by the roofing company.) Very helpful and informative. Would definitely recommend!
