I am blown away by the service provided by this shop! A few weeks ago, I waited until last minute, of course, to shop for flowers for a graduation. I simply called on Friday to verify that they would be open Saturday morning before the ceremony. They are one of the few, if not only, places open then.
Saturday morning, a man called me to inform me that he was sorry, he unexpectedly had to leave for a delivery, but that he left me a bouquet of flowers next door at the gas station, free of charge! He felt bad for having to leave on short notice. I couldn’t believe it. I went and picked them up and they were beautiful! I left some cash, of course!
In summary, the product was beautiful, it ended up saving me time, and it’s so refreshing to have a business go out of their way like that.
I’m very impressed and will certainly use them again in the future. You should stop by too!

Stunning arrangement! Great service! Roger could not have been more helpful (and patient) taking my vague request for something «Addams Family weird» and creating this unique, bizarre, yet still elegant arrangement. It really does look like something you would see Morticia tending. Exactly what I had in mind.
Most importantly, my daughter just got home from major surgery and this has really raised her spirits. She’s even sending pictures to all her friends. And Dad is a hero.

Fantastic little shop! I don’t know flowers (I’m a man), so I just went in and told them my lady likes sunflowers and hydrangeas, they asked how much I would like to spend and voilà! Delivered on time and totally made her day. She sent me a picture and they look beautiful!

I had a very pleasant experience ordering a floral display for a memorial service.
I was hesitant to order online without seeing the display in person before having it delivered. I called Alff’s and spoke with Monika. She fully understood my concerns and welcomed me to come in to meet with her about putting something together. She was able to show me multiple shapes and styles of arrangements and offered suggestions on flower types and colors while still allowing me to pick what I actually wanted. I let her know my price point and was able to essentially hand pick the flowers, greenery, and design for my arraignment. Monika assured me that the display would be delivered well in advance of the memorial’s start time, which it was.
Everyone enjoyed the display and commented on it’s beauty and construction.
I will definitely be using Alff’s again for any floral needs.

I can’t believe I haven’t reviewed this place! They are just wonderful at Alff’s. I just visited with Roger who will be putting together something for me to send to a co-​worker. He also put together two beautiful arrangements for administrative professional’s day earlier this year. All their work and flowers are high quality and quick. Granted, you will pay for the service, but it’s well worth it. They look better than HEB flowers any day of the week!

They put together a great little bouquet to suit my specific needs/​budget. It looked wonderful.
I will be back, as my company periodically has to put together OOPS! Packages for guests.

I was traveling to Austin and found Alff’s near my hotel. They delivered flowers for my wife first thing in the morning (I was late in ordering the day before). The flowers were really nice, and the people in the shop were really nice. The flowers were very high quality and have already lasted for a week — and they still look good. I highly recommend them.

I was visiting Austin for Valentine’s Day weekend fore Austin Marathon and was in need of flowers for Valentine’s Day! I stumbled upon Alff’s after a quick Google search and am so thankful I did. Rodger was very pleasant and was extremely helpful in finding the perfect arrangement for the special day. I highly recommend Alff’s!!!

I discovered Alff’s many, many years ago and have been using them exclusively for everything floral since. Birthdays, anniversaries, funerals, congratulations, «sucks you’re in the hospital», «thanks, wonderful hospital staff, for taking care of my mom in the hospital», etc., etc. and Roger and his group at Alff’s have never, ever let me down. Their arrangements are always fresh, beautiful, appropriate for the occasion, have something a little unexpected in them, and are designed to continue to open for days after receipt. My mom and I send each other arrangements for nothing particular, just «Hey, thinking of you!» and a few weeks ago I was the lucky recipient. I had any number of compliments in the office and I have sometimes thought that Roger might as well include business cards when they’re delivered so I can just hand them out when I get asked who did «those beautiful flowers».
But in addition to the incredibly beautiful arrangements their service is outstanding. The second time I ordered from Alff’s many years ago I was desperate. A friend’s daughter had died and the florist for the funeral fell through at the last minute. I called Roger THAT MORNING and there were beautiful flowers for my friend and her daughter by one in the afternoon. I don’t know how they did it but it was very special and very important and very appreciated.
I cannot possibly express how happy I have been with Roger and his staff and his fantastic customer service over the many, many years I’ve been relying on them.

Alffs is your go-​to place for any floral arrangements! Especially wedding flowers and bouquets. Monica went above and beyond in helping us choose our wedding flowers! She was AMAZING and so knowledgeable. She helped capture our wedding day beautifully. Very reasonable prices, more so than competitors. Look no further than Alffs!

My wife and I were on a tight budget for our wedding about month ago and after researching several different options, including DIY, we elected to go with Alff’s. After a short phone conversation with Roger I scratched everyone else off our list, NO one in Austin gave me as much helpful information over the phone. Monika took over after that and was amazing, even though we were only doing a few bouquets she really went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Large or small, if you need flowers, save yourself some time and just call Alff’s!!!

They really helped me out on Valentines day. Took my order over the phone and the delivery was made first thing in the morning to my wife’s work. Painless and perfect.

Roger at Alff’s did a beautiful arrangement for me from my brother. Due to a phone mixup, I didn’t find out that the flowers were in my apartment’s office until three days later. Roger went out of his way to find out what happened and couldn’t have been nicer. Bravo on the beautiful arrangements and the customer service. What a wonderful combination. Thank you!

Small, local business with amazing service. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, even with my tiny budget and quick turnaround time. They have a customer for life!

This review is for my recent interaction with Anel, one of the florists at Alff’s.
I dropped by yesterday to purchase sympathy flowers for a friend. I shared my budget with Anel, and she picked out flowers that were appropriate for the occasion and arranged a beautiful bouquet that fit within my budget. She even allowed me to replace one flower with another (based on my own personal preference), and she never tried to upsell me with more expensive flowers. Anel was a pleasure to work with, and she made the flower buying experience easy and affordable.
Tip: Alff’s is located right across the street from Juan in a Million (on the same side of Cesar Chavez).

Amazing customer service! I had a special arrangement I needed that had to include a University of Texas theme. Monika took care of getting some UT themed items for the arrangement and made it appropriate for a man. She was wonderful! Then I had to be sure it was delivered before the recipient left the office and that was arranged also. Love your business and I will definitely call you again!

All I can say is WOW. My husband and I used Alff’s for our wedding flowers recently and I was completely blown away by how beautifully Monika put everything together. We didn’t have a lot of money in our budget for flowers, but she made every penny count. We couldn’t have been happier and working with Monika was a pleasure every step of the way. Pathetic and aweful!
I put my order online for Valentines Day, days in advance and called them to confirm. Also called them the day before to confirm. They said they were out of what I had originally ordered and paid for and made me choose something else. Then on the Valentines Day they send me an email (not even a phone call) saying that they can’t deliver today. When I tried to call them it seemed that they had killed their phones. I called another local flower shop other than Alff’s and they kindly and courteously delivered the flowers to my girlfriend within 10 minutes. Later I called Alff’s to complain about what had happened and they simply said we are national and can’t guarantee the delivery until the day comes. NEVER AGAIN.

Very friendly, efficient and laid-​back service. I called Monika and told her the look I was going after for my bridesmaid’s bouquets. By the time I came in, she had the perfect pieces already pulled out for me to choose from.
The whole experience was painless, fast and inexpensive. The bouquets turned out gorgeous for the wedding as well.
