All Clear Inspections

Gary is the bomb. His inspection was highly detailed and he caught a number of safety items as well as ‘borderline items’ on our new house. He was also an excellent communicator, walking us through a large number of items to us in a short time, all while using vocabulary that we, as first time home buyers, could understand. He always left space for us to ask questions and was interested in explaining how to fix the issues he uncovered.
Gary is just excellent at his job and we would use him again in a heartbeat.

We received a referral for Gary through some friends and we were very pleased. He was able to come out the same day I called, worked with our realtor to get access, had termite and pest inspectors lined up to go, and was ready to show me the property when I got off work. Gary walked my husband and I through every thing he found and answered all of our questions. He told us what he thought the cause was and what should do to repair it. The next day I had a full report e-​mailed to me filled with tons of pictures and explanations. Overall, he was professional, quick, thorough, and we are very happy with our experience.

Gary Parsons is the guy here. I’ve had him inspect two homes so far. The first back in 2008 which was our first house and more recently my parent’s house in Round Rock. My realtor recommended him to us. We looked around online and found his prices to be pretty reasonable. There is an extra fee if you want termite inspection though. We didn’t have termite inspection as our house was pretty new and just recently had termite prevention treatment.
I can’t say much about the inspection the first time as I had nothing much to compare it to. Except for the fact that he did an excellent job pointing out all the potential problem areas. The biggest thing he found was a dead valley on the roof that needed the metal plate replaced. At the end of the inspection a detailed report was given to us with everything that was found.
It was this detailed report that made enough of a difference that I had him inspect my parent’s house. I had a few friends who asked to see my inspection report so they can compared it to theirs. Each have said that they wish their report had the recommendations Gary put forward. The difference I noticed was whenever a problem was identified Gary’s report listed options to guide you along as oppose to just telling you it is recommended to replace/​repair.
i was a property adjuster at Allstate for a number of years. And I still missed quite a few areas that was found by Gary. Good thing we paid him for an inspection.
