I’m not sure how they can do this without a certified letter, or some very aggressive phone calling, but perhaps they make a lot more money auctioning off your stuff if you get behind on the payment. I went by today to get some stuff from my unit, expecting to get caught up on my two months rent and there was a car parked in my open unit. They sold all of my stuff for $ 320 in fees. And I had thousands of dollars of music gear and all of my furniture and most of my clothes. BAD EXPERIENCE. STAY AWAY.
