I’ve gone to Ann’s twice. The first experience was better than the last. I agree w/​the last reviewer, Ann is a very talented stylist and her cutting skills are nice as well. The second visit was for a touch up. The stylist (Gloria) did not do a good job. She basically slapped the relaxer onto my hair. As a result I now have breakage. She may be a great stylist but she caused more harm than good.
