No bueno. Matt forgot our initial appointment, disregarded most of our instructions, and sent us the same design 3 times with a plethora of mistakes. A complete waste of time.
Update:
We used Matt’s full name in our first review (there is another review posted that uses his full name). Matt had Unilocal remove our review due to the use of his full name. Interesting that Matt didn’t have Unilocal remove the 5 star review that also used his full name.
Even though Matt reported our review for using his full name, he chose to use our full names in his comment to our original review. Hmmm, we are left to feel that this was done in retaliation for the 1 star review we left.
Our $ 800 check was cashed prior to our project being worked on. We chose to pick up our refund in cash (didn’t feel safe waiting for a check in the mail).
To Any & All Media, please take responsibility for your actions, move on, and treat the next customers better than you did us.
2^nd Update:
After we posted our 1^st update, Any & All Media removed our last names from their public comment.
We wish our project had been worked on with the same amount of care and effort that was put into getting our 1^st review removed and posting public comments about us.
For the record, we did not like the first design so we asked for a redesign. Minimally altering the text and resending the same design is not a redesign. Doing the same thing again is still not a redesign.
Do you really want to pay extra to hire someone who uses underhanded tactics, does not respect your time, and acts entitled to your money without doing the work?

Loved these guys! Their customer service was some of the best I have ever seen (including regular contact regarding my order and exceptional courtesy). They product was just what I wanted and done in more than a reasonable time frame. Highly recommend for your media needs!

After leaving unreturned messages and sending unreturned emails for graphic designers all over town, Matt Eskey actually answered his phone when I called. It was all uphill from there. I had no idea what I needed to do to get my debut CD designed and manufactured, but Matt and the team at Any and All Media were so patient and understanding. Without boring you with the gory details, we had a few challenges to overcome, but Matt made it all work out brilliantly and throughout the process, his service was consistently personal, friendly, supportive, and always creative.
My CD looks fantastic, and the negligible price difference (less than $ 100 – 200 for a 1K CD order) to support LOCAL designers, printers and manufacturers versus using a corporation like Oasis was WELL worth it.
I would recommend them whole-​heartedly and without any reservation. They are the bomb.
