I have the exact same feedback as Chris M. had; there are some good doctors but the office is So disorganized that I struggle for words for the frustration I feel.
When calling I always get voicemail and my experience has been having to call/​leave vm for several days before receiving a response. Then, the email address I was given on a printed instruction sheet on how/​when to email for a refill, was shut off — but no clients were called or emailed to inform of new email to use!
I call, get informed of this, and tell them I will drive out there on my lunch to pick up the prescription paperwork. I am told that another doctor in the practice, as a «courtesy», will sign off on it for me. As if the inconvenience and mismanagement of the situation was done by me. Thanks for the favor, folks. No… the experience with a medical office is too important for this kind of circus act. Moving on.

I am very thankful for Dr. Petroff’s knowledge and expertise. He really took the time to understand my symptoms and what were causing them. I would definitely recommend Dr. Petroff.
On the other hand, the nurse and clerks are not prompt at getting back, if at all. I had to go to the office to change my appointment because I couldn’t get them to call me back for two days.

So far Dr. Petroff has worked with me week after week and exhaustively to try to figure out what’s been going on with me. I just appreciate his honesty and his help when I’ve been in terrible pain. We’re a week into a medication that seems to be working. I appreciate his time to order MRI’s and try different things when something is not working.
I will say to the other reviewer — same problem for me when I try to call or email. When you’re in pain you want responses. While I do understand they receive a lot of calls and emails, it does take a lot to get a response in between appointments.
Again — I appreciate this office for helping me with my head and face pain. Thanks Dr. Petroff for your expertise!
