I have been working out with Michael for over two months now. He is very patient in explaining the work out methods, demonstrate the correct ways to do exercises and constantly reminding us about watching our diet while work out routinely. Michael gives participants plenty of hands on corrections and helps. He observes the participants closely and adjust the routine accordingly. I feel my over all physical condition improved a great deal and will certainly continue the work out!

I have been experiencing severe knee pain for several years, beginning roughly midway through my time in the military and continuing until roughly 3 months ago. I thought that it was just going to exist and I would have to just deal with it. As I am a life long athlete, it made my day to day activities in and out of the gym and basketball court far from pleasurable. This is all until I started mobility training with Attainable Growth. It turns out my knee problems were not permanent and there was no real damage, I just had extremely tight hips and conventional stretching methods were unable to correct these issues. I was taught some advanced stretching and mobility techniques by Mr. Groth to which I continue to adhere to right now. Now I play basketball and squat heavy weights with no pain, and I can run like I used to be able to. Most importantly, Mike continues to follow up with me and teach me new strategies to help improve my mobility so I cannot slack off. This is not the typical trainer. This is someone that can teach you to turn yourself into a competitive athlete as long as you follow the régime and stick to it.
