I just completed an emergency root canal procedure with Dr. William Heggen and his capable assistant, Kathy Moore. They’ve been working together for 20 years and the entire process was professional, skillfully expert, comfortable, and done as efficiently possible. I was impressed by the rapport and consideration between Dr. Heggen and Kathy like they were two dancers who knew each other’s moves and style seamlessly. The entire office staff are welcoming, attentive, kind and completely willing to assist with answers, instructions and suggestions. I was referred by my equally remarkable dentist, Deano Sakos DDS, who assured me correctly that Dr. Heggen was «as good as they get» in technical skills and many years of experience. I can recommend this awesome team with total confidence and personal testimony that I had the best possible experience for what is considered by many as the worst dental procedure to have. The best experience I’ve had with a dentist. From the first call (Donna is so helpful and precious!) to my procedure today, I felt like I got the best service possible. Hands down the best root canal experience I’ve ever had! To start– ATX Endodontics worked me in for an appointment 2 days after I initially called. I’m a big scaredy cat when it comes to dental work and usually require sedation but I was in so much pain from my abscessed tooth I decided to go ahead and have it worked on during my initial consultation. Dr. Simon and his team are INCREDIBLE! They talked me through every step of the process and made me feel so at ease the entire time. You can tell Dr. Simon genuinely cares about providing his patients a pleasant experience. He makes sure everything in his power is done so that you are comfortable during and after your procedure.
