I’ve never met Dr Barnett.
When we moved here, we were in need of orthodontic services. The reputation of this business among our neighborhood is unparalleled. Prices seemed to be inline for similar services performed in this area
How could it be THAT good I wondered? But they were the best by all accounts.
So I drag my kid in and find a big beautiful office replete with Keurig wares, state of the art orthodontic equipment and electronic record keeping. An extremely comfortable waiting area (for kids and adults) and a nook equipped with iPads for the youngest demographic. Luxury surroundings, so now my skeptical self knows how they spend their money… fooling people with the office space.
And amazingly… all of the staff are universally capable, competent, friendly, and excruciatingly polite, even under adverse conditions. One time I kibitzed some of the desk staff patiently helping a disgruntled parent who’s child had to be rescheduled a third time because their child arrived for the appointment much too late to perform their procedure in the remaining appointment time… twice in a row. The parent wanted immediate action and did not want to be rescheduled… but the office has an obligation to the patients that are scheduled NEXT, don’t they? Amazing patience and restraint was on display.
And the professionals? Also competent, friendly, and very polite They talk directly to my 13 year old, instead of talking over her to me. Plenty patient and willing to explain what’s going on to kids (often the patients) as well as the adults.
I’ve owned businesses, and I’ve seen organizations that work well… and one thing is true in that regard: everything starts at the top. Because if the owner/​manager doesn’t REALLY care, then the employees can get away with not QUITE caring either, and all the customer gets is lip service and fake smiles.

So in a sense, I guess I HAVE met Dr Barnett. Just not in person.

A++ service! The staff and Dr. Barnett always made me feel comfortable and welcomed at every visit. I had to wear my braces a lot longer than my initial treatment plan but it was well worth the wait. I couldn’t be more happy with my smile! I highly recommend him for all your orthodontic needs!

Absolutely love this place! Took my 9 year old son Preston for his first ever orthodontics appointment and couldn’t have been more pleased. Everyone is super friendly. Chris is awesome! She is super sweet and great with kids. Can’t say enough postive things about this place. I’m so glad I found it.

I have never been to a Dr/​Dentist office where the people were so nice and actually seemed to be happy to be there. The front office guy, Scott, even used my son’s name when we were leaving and he never met him. Not sure how he knew his name, but it made us feel important. My son won’t have braces for about a year but I will definitely be going here when the time comes. More companies should strive to be like Barnett Orthodontics!

I give 5 stars to Barnett Orthodontics, both locations Mopac and Round Rock. if you want the best results you can achieve I recommend Barnett Orthodontics.

FABULOUS! I transferred to Dr. Barnett from another orthodontist and I was very impressed with not only the staff but Dr. Barnett as well. The staff is very friendly!!! After a year of my braces being off one stubborn tooth started moving back, disappointing. After a check up braces were put back on for another four months and I couldn’t be happier with the results! My teeth look fabulous and have had so many compliments and it’s only been one day! Thanks to Dr. Barnett and staff I was able to get the smile I always wanted!

You expect the day you get your braces off to be filled with joy and, well, eating. Mine, however, was full of doubt and disappointment. After a year and 8 months (double the estimate I was told at the beginning), I was left with gum issues and a tooth that is going to fall out. Besides less-​than-​stellar results, the other major disappointment I encountered with them was their lack of willingness to work with me. I had a serious health issue that required me to go to the Cleveland Clinic and while my braces were due to come off, they would not make any effort to fit me in before the appointment which I thought was going to require an MRI.

LOVE Dr. B ! went to another OD for a consult, they wanted to pull teeth and charge for non customary extras. Went to Dr. B — not one tooth had to be pulled and no ‘extra’ charges. Have 2 kiddos in braces and they love him too! Very, very friendly — awesome staff. They even caught my billing error (over payment) and they called me right away to let me know. Can’t say enough good things.

Dr Barnett and the entire staff are wonderful! I have 2 children who have had braces and they both had a great experience. We’ve actually been to both the mopac and the round rock office. The entire staff always found ways to keep the kids motivated and not depressed about braces. The front office staff was very helpful (and always smiling) when scheduling appointments. The rewards dr Barnett offered kept my kids interested in good oral health and following the «rules». I highly recommend this office.

I’ve got my 2^nd child seeing Dr. Barnett now and am very impressed with what a great orthodontist he is! His office staff is always professional, nice and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend either of his offices to anyone.

I walked in late because my gps gave me the wrong way, I forgot to fill my info out on line, I didn’t have my insurance info. The staff was still great and smiled and worked with me threw every step. I love how friendly everybody was from the front staff all the way to the Dr. I just want to say thank you.

Everyone in this office is amazing! Pam helped me get set up and went over all my payment options until I found one that fit my budget. They will work with just about any problem you have. My teenage boys are almost done with their braces and my daughter and I got ours in the same week! I love the progress of seeing my teeth get so straight. Dr. Barnett is so caring and attentive as are his entire staff! I couldn’t be happier with the service I get and the convenient locations in both Austin and Round Rock. I recommend him to anyone needing orthodontic treatment and he offers multiple types including Invisalign!

Dr. Barnett and his staff are WONDERFUL. My daughter just got her braces off today and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Our son is still in braces with Dr. Barnett and we look forward to this special day with him soon too. We have been thrilled with the experience and recommend him to all of our friends.

From the start to finish, everything about this office and service are exceptional! The front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and the waiting room is comfortable.
We were greeted by the Treatment Coordinator, Pam, who took us through the steps of our orthodontic evaluation. Dr. Barnett then met us and performed the evaluation with photos and x-​rays, followed by an easy to understand plan. Pam then went through the payment options and explanations of insurance benefits should we choose to use Dr. Barnett’s services. No pressure at all. They offer a rewards-​incentive program for patients to earn gift cards which definitely made my daughter light up.
After comparison of different orthodontic offices, we chose Dr. Barnett for all of the above. We have had nothing but positive, prompt, and courteous service by everyone at the office. We are well on our way to a healthy and beautiful smile for my daughter. She is compliant with her program, and I am thrilled.

Dr. Barnett is awesome. He has been taking care of my TMJ problems for years and the problem has resolved almost completely. I bought a nighttime bite splint for him over 5 years ago. I went in recently to get it checked (fully intending to pay for the visit) and he didn’t charge me a dime. What a warranty! He and his staff are great and always friendly and on time. Recommend him to everyone!
