I was at the tire shop next to this place and the owner of Audiomaster, Raul Palacios back right into my car in another customer’s car. He did not even look back to see us there. Thank god we didnt get out of the vehicle. I understand things happen but to top it off
HE HAS NO INSURANCE TO PROTECT HIS BUSINESS.
He couldnt produce insurance for the shop at all. Did not attempt to call his agency and of course the police couldnt do anything because were on «private property». This guy is full of shit. So basically if your vehicle is here and there are any damages there is no insurance.
NO INSURANCE. NO INSURANCE. NO INSURANCE. NO INSURANCE,

I just realized I never provided an updated review. So here it is… a year later. Audiomaster installed my new 7in Sony video player in my prius with the ability to wireless screen my phone to my dash. it was NICE. However, after installation, I found out a few days later that my iPhone 5 was not compatible with that dash. I called up Audiomaster and he told me to come in the next day. The next day he installed a new pioneer appradio (an upgrade from the previous dash) at no additional cost. Then he didn’t allow me to drive off the lot until we were sure that my phone was compatible with that dash… If it wasn’t he was willing to install the newer model (at no additional cost) when it was released. He really did care about customer service. Next time I want to install a system into my vehicle or one of my family’s vehicles, I will be returning. Thanks, Raul!

These guys were helpful on pricing out installation as well as other parts needed for an install. The staff was attentive and caring. Will be using them for my next install!

These guys absolutely love a musically accurate sound system and will help you to build such an audio system! When I gave the guys my woofer specs and my wishes, they not only recommended an amp that ended up sounding spectacular, but they offered to connect my sub enclosure to the amp in the store to ensure the amp power was adequate. The amp controller was not needed so I got a painless refund on the extra piece. Great product, prices and service! Thanks guys!

Great prices, great staff. Raul knew exactly what I was looking for and his staff made sure my experience was a great one. While I waited his staff made sure I was comfortable. After a quick installation he came out to the car and jammed with me (ride the lightning) to make sure I liked the final product and knew how to use the new equipment. Im a service experience consultant. I train businesses nationwide on how to provide a great experience and I will definitely be going back.

3^rd car to get stereo installed by these guys, they are very straight forward, very helpful and most important very affordable. Honestly if you want it right the first time and don’t wanna overpay these are the guys for you.

This was a good shop. I went to get some speakers for my car. He gave me a reasonable price and it sounds great and he is pretty knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. I will be going back for more.

I had called these folks before in the past when I was looking to get some work done. The guy I had spoken with was very nice and professional. When I was looking to get some help with a stereo install, I called these guys up again. I had explained that I was in the process of installing a new stereo and the wiring harness was quite large. I was not sure how it was going to fit behind the dash. I figured I would leave it up to the experts. The guy I spoke to this time sounded confused. He was like, «Well sounds like you have already done the work, what do you need us for?» Wow, what a way to turn away business. I had explained my plight again. He then responded in a sarcastic tone, «Well, I guess I would not charge you anything because I do not have to do anything.» No, you need to hook up the wiring harness and then run the XM antenna cable. It would probably take these guys less than an hour. Instead of earning my business, they made me feel like I was wasting their time.
I would strongly advise suggesting to customers they come in if you are not sure what they are talking about, instead of rushing the off the phone.
