Michael was a tremendous help when searching for an apartment for my Chicago friend (who’s moving here soon) on his behalf. Michael was always very responsive and quick to answer all questions. He provided lots of great information about Austin’s rental market. He has lots of experience with Austin and will definitely find good options for you to live. In fact, the very first place on our list that he picked was the one we went with! He did a GREAT job!!! My friend is very happy he has a great place to live for his first apartment in Austin! Lawrence was very timely with returning emails about any questions, and he had tons of places to offer that met my criteria. He’s a sound choice for an apartment locator.

I located Michael via Unilocal — and damn! I’m satisfied. Here’s how the show went down: I called Michael, told him I was moving to Austin, had exactly one day to tour, select and apply for an apartment, and needed someplace super cheap. I expected I’d end up in someone’s attic with pots and pans to catch the rainwater, but Michael set me up in a brand new complex with a double-​decker pool, a cabana with monthly happy hours, and my own patio. And I didn’t break my budget. The guy is a wizard. We’re talking real Merlin /​Gandolph stuff here. Highly recommended.

Michael is amazing! I had to move out of my place with only 5 days notice, and it seemed like I had no chance of finding a new place in time, especially on my tight budget. I found Michael through one of his listings on Craigslist and he talked me out of leasing in a really rough part of town, calmed me down, and assured me that he could help me find an amazing place in my price range. He met with me immediately and after a long day of phone calls and driving around he found me the perfect place at the Domain and even got me in on low-​income housing. I love my new apartment. This is the second year that I have challenged Michael to find me an apartment and I can’t sing his praises enough!
Last year I decided that I wanted to move out on my own, not to say I still lived with my parents. I wanted a 1 bedroom/​1 bathroom apartment that was all mine. The only problem was money. Well, that’s not entirely true, money wasn’t the real issue. The real issue was finding an apartment that was up to the standards I wanted (amenities galore), and within the confines of my budget (okay, a little to do with money)… mission impossible! I appreciated how up-​front he was with me in the beginning. He said it would be difficult, but that I need not worry about anything. He simply said, «the deal is out there, I know it, and we will find it.» We found the perfect apartment! I was on my own, and I could afford every bit of it! *deep sigh of relief*
This year, my boyfriend has moved in with me and the 1 bedroom/​1 bath needs to be more like a 2 bedroom/​2 bath. Never ceasing to give Michael a run for his money, we needed a more central location (as he works in Cedar Park and I work downtown), all the wonderful amenities (because they make all this worthwhile!), and oh yeah… within a budget, of course! We’re trying to safe for a house! Again, the miracle-​worker comes through. My boyfriend and I are about to move into a beautiful new apartment, it has everything we were looking for, and is actually $ 6 shy of the budget we set out to stick with.
Michael listens to what you are looking for, he takes the time to map things out for you, he is honest, and most importantly, he knows what he is talking about. Hopefully, I will not need to find another apartment come next year, but if he’s this good at finding an apartment… imagine the possibilities in real estate!!! Thanks Michael!

I’ve lived in apartments since I started college (2002) and I’ve worked with several apartment locators, but I have not found anyone who was as diligent and as helpful as Mike. He’s an awesome guy to work with and to keep it simple… he’s the man to go to because he’s the best by far.
