I had a huge limb fall across my whole roof in this storm and stayed up there damaging the roof but I was more concerned about the roof collapsing. I called a number of businesses and although I got another guy to come over right away, Austin Complete Tree Service called me back within 2 hours and were ready to get guys to come help. That’s just great customer service! Thank you!

I am exceptionally pleased with the work that Austin Complete Tree Service provided for me. Not only were they the lowest bid for service, but the fact that they did a great job on my trees, and are completely insured, was even better. They trimmed two live oak in my front yard that had branches nearly touching the ground in spots, and two ash in my back yard that were very sad looking trees. They look much more healthy now, and they cleaned up all the trimmings very well. Also, their customer service was great, especially if you have a flexible schedule, which I did. I definitely recommend having them perform service on your trees.
