I had requested a bid on installing a new sprinkler system. They contacted me by email on Monday and said they could send a tech out to give me a bid this week. When I had not heard back from them on Wed. evening I emailed them asking if there was still a possibility of getting a bid on Thurs. Got an email this morning (Thurs.) telling me a tech would be out today and would call when he was on the way. I waited all day and never got a call or a visit. I frankly am very tired of being treated as though my time is not valuable. Not only would they not schedule an appt. time to show up but when they gave themselves the entire day to show up they still didn’t show up. If they won’t show up for large ticket item I can hardly expect that I would get prompt service for a minor repair. Taking my business elsewhere.

We have had them out twice now as our dog keeps digging up our drip lines. They were very prompt in their response and their price was very comparable to the other bids I got. They also have us some good tips on better managing the irrigation cycle for our large yard.
