Austin Premier Rain Gutters

I have done several projects with this company and I can only tell you how impressed I am with their workmanship, punctuality, customer service and pricing. On one project we needed to get the gutters done in an unreasonably short time period. Anthony was able to flip-​flop his schedule to accommodate us. Also, on another of our projects we found a leak which appeared to be coming out of the corner of the gutter. I made one call to Antjony and it was resolved. I’ve had very good luck with Austin Premier Rain Gutters and I highly recommend Anthony and his company.

Very disappointed. The reviews for Austin Premier Rain Gutters on Unilocal were mixed, but all the gutter firms’ were. His quote was certainly not the lowest, but I wanted to use someone local and in our neighborhood.
Long story, short: My experience was terrible. The job was bad. Anthony said he’d re-​do it and I never heard from him again.
The gutter on our front porch dumped water on the walk anytime it rained hard. Anthony looked at it and said I needed a wider, deeper gutter and a deflector to divert water away from the corner. That made sense. Two young guys came out in an unmarked truck and trailer (first omen) to replace the gutter while I was at work.
When I got home, the gutter looked good but the deflector was just a piece of gutter material about a foot long, cut and bolted to the corned of the gutter. It looked like it would work, but the $ 120 he charged for it seemed exorbitant (second omen). We also found pieces of cut gutter material, unused support brackets and other debris in the yard (third omen).
Then, a few days later we had some rain. The next day I got up on the roof to install some screens on the new gutter and found about an inch of standing water in the gutter along the front of the porch. Obviously, the slope of the gutter was wrong and water was not running to the downspout. I also noticed the gutter material was much thinner and more flimsy than my original gutter.
I called Anthony who sent his guys back out. They re-​did the gutter, but seemed to be put out about having to do it. While they were there I got the hose to verify water was running out to the downspout. But when I went up again later to install the screens I found that they had done a terrible job. They drilled about ten screws into the fascia to force the angle of the gutter without any caulking to seal the screws. The lip of the gutter was warped in places so the screens wouldn’t clip on and they had removed the mounting brackets at one end leaving no support for about three feet of gutter at the far corner.
I called Anthony again. He came out and spent a while looking at it. He never admitted they did a bad job, except that he conceded there should be support at the corner and apologized for them not cleaning up the first time. He said since I was obviously not happy with the job, he’d re-​do it and replace the warped gutter. I stressed I wanted to be sure they caulked all the screw holes so my fascia wouldn’t rot. It was the week before Thanksgiving, so he said it would be the following week.
As I said, I’ve never heard from Anthony again.

We just had gutters installed by these folks and I can not describe how great they are!
Everyone from Anthony to Adam+ to the actual installers (sorry I didn’t get their names) this is a company that knows what they are doing! Anthony not only was quick and professional in returning my phone calls, answered a zillion questions I had in my extensive research BUT he also got on the job just as soon as I said he had the job… NOT like many of the other gutter companies that were 2 – 3 months out… some couldn’t even give me a bid or a return phone call! Good for me cause that sent me over to these guys and believe me I couldn’t be happier!

Cannot recommend this company.
They came to my home for an estimate to repair gutter. It felt very rushed and high pressure. I had to sign the estimate as if I were buying a car. It seemed high priced but I assumed they knew what they were doing.
When they came for the repair they changed the work order to something completely different. The cost became much higher.
The work was not completed that day as they lacked parts. They had to come back again.
When I got the bill from the installer I was a bit shocked. There was work included that was not even done. After back and forth with someone on the phone that part was corrected.
In the meantime I felt a charge based on length of gutter to install a screen seemed excessive. I had them pull out a measuring tape and it turns out they significantly overcharged me. Another adjustment to the bill.
After they left I discovered that they had unearthed a water supply line for my mister fans to use the hose for water to check the gutter and made no attempt to even reconnect it, replace it or put it back under ground.
Now that I have been home to see the rain, the gutter works exactly the same as before they «repaired» it. They will not reply to my inquiries to repair it.

PERPLEXING and DISAPPOINTING. Called for an estimate and estimator called and arrived on time. We chatted and had a nice rapport – nice guy. He did NOT measure anything and promised an estimate that evening via email. It is now three weeks later and no estimate, and no follow-​up call. I was ready to buy, so I went with Home Depot (over Lowes) because Home Depot offers a four year warranty. I wanted to go local, but not measuring is rather a «red flag,» and not giving an estimate even worst. I did check my Spam file.

Anthony was great to work with! He talked us through everything and made sure we understood everything and had no questions. The price was totally fair and I highly recommend them!

After dealing with so many flaky people and companies in the home improvement industry, it’s refreshing to actually work with someone who arrives to an appointment when they say they’re going to, and answers their phone and returns calls. These guys installed gutters on our home within a week of being contacted for a quote. They were professional, fast, and affordable. There hasn’t been a good rain since having them installed to be able to test the quality of work, but they look great, at least.

I recently purchased a new home with gutters installed by Central Texas Seamless Gutters. During the move we managed to damage one of the gutters with a moving truck. Not only was Anthony and his team able to repair the gutters within a week’s time, they also completed the repairs while I was at work and did not require payment up front. Communication can be challenging with these folks as others have mentioned, but they do great work at an affordable price.

Horrible customer service and they do not do what they say they will do. I would say beware of this contractor and would not recommend them.

Left work early to meet the estimate dude, who said he had done 25 estimates that day.
Later spoke to Anthony, who was cheerful and available, but said we had to order the rain barrels – either through him or on our own. We went out of town, came back, ordered the rain barrels, and then attempted to contact Anthony again. I texted, emailed, called twice, all over a 7-​day period and did not hear back.
Finally, I did hear back from him. He sent someone over immediately and they did an excellent job. Very fast and they knew what they were doing. Anthony has a new phone now, and so all communication issues should be fixed in the future.
The prices were very reasonable. No job too small.

They are not on time. Set up an appointment two times with a window of an hour for them to show up. The first time they called and said they were going to be late so I rescheduled because I couldn’t make it work with my work schedule. The second time we scheduled it between 12 and 1. I called at 12:50 to make sure they weren’t going to be late again and they said they «could probably be there in about 20 to 30 minutes.» I explained that I had to work too, and he said «well then I guess you will have to reschedule.» Bottom line, they can’t seem to be on time for appointments even when given an hour window. They don’t seem to understand that it costs people money to take extra time off work when they are late. And Frankly, the person on the phone was not very apologetic when they knew they were going to be late a second time.

To sum it up, we had flooding and our house needed gutters repaired and installed. Anthony came the week I called, gave an estimate which was very reasonable, and fixed our gutters in several days. No more flooding! Excellent service and response time.

Found these guys on Unilocal thanks to their high reviews. Anthony was kind enough to set up a consultation the next day and was very punctual and polite. He gave me a quote the same day as the consultation and was patient enough to explain the break down (downspouts, end-​caps, etc.). Did such a good job on the first house that I had him do some work on another one with the quality coming out top notch. Would recommend him to anyone both on quality of work and great communication.

I have to agree with everyone else. I called them due to their Unilocal reviews, and they did not disappoint. Anthony came out within 2 days to give me an estimate, and was out two days later to do the work. They were quick and courteous, and competitively priced with two other bids that I received.

These guys did a great job. Anthony was quick and clear with his assessment of my broken gutter. He gave the a primary solution that was low cost and a secondary solution that was only slightly more expensive. The service tech that did the work gave a solid effort at the first solution and then ended up adding a downspout to my system that raised the cost slightly.
Overall I was very pleased, they were fast, friendly, efficient and very reasonable. I’m glad I chose them.

i think i found them on craigslist. then did my research here… Anthony was very helpful and answered all my questions… even gave me a discount for referring my other friend… called him satruday and monday morning they finished my friend’s gutter first then mine… worked around some minor requests… my friend’s gutter had a few issues after the first rain and anthony as promised dropped by and fixed it!!!
we first bought the parts from homedepot and our total was more than what anthony quoted us… so we went ahead and returned everything… and better yet, this is seamless!

Great experience and reasonable price! I called Anthony based on the other Unilocal reviews. It was an extremely easy and pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an honest guy who delivers quality workmanship.

Not only was Anthony the fastest to respond to our gutter request… he gave us the best quote and the fastest install date– I’m talking next day service! This was especially awesome because a big storm was on the way, and his crew showed up first thing in the morning, had the gutters on and done within an hour. Pretty awesome… and they definitely passed the test. The area under our house stayed dry for the 3 in of rain we got that night and the gutters look great.
Oh– and this is way worth not installing gutters yourself. If we had done the Home Depot route, we would have spent the same on supplies as we did on the whole installation with Central Texas Seamless.
Anthony even got us in touch with a great offer on rainbarrels and offered to install or pick them up for us! Amazing service, fast, affordable, and professional. Head and shoulders above all the other gutter guys in Austin (and we talked to quite a few who claimed to be affordable and the best, etc).

Anothony (owner) finished our gutters just in time for the fall rains. We are tthrilled with his workmanship and the price was awesome! I highly recommend him. You will be very happy with his service and pricing! Way to go Anthony!

Well, this week is a week of many firsts. First, I never would anticipate that I would be excited about getting gutters put on my house. Second, I would never guess that they would actually make our house look better, thanks to Central Texas Seamless Gutters, than it did pre-​gutter. I was worried it would detract actually. We live in a cute little bungalow. Third, I chalked up finding a gutter company that would be professional, on time, clean, AND affordable as a long shot. Good contractors are like Unicorns, which most of you know.
To my extremely happy surprise, I found Anthony! He and his crew are amazing. He is a pleasure to work with, from beginning to end. For goodness sake, I am writing a review about a gutter company… does that tell you anything? :)
Without hesitation (and after todays serious downpour), I highly recommend Central Texas Seamless Gutters! Don’t make the mistake of calling anyone else.
