We have had austins finest clean our 1,000 sqft, two bedroom apartment twice over the past two months. After the first cleaning, we were very pleased, and decided to schedule a second cleaning.
After returning home from work, excited to walk into a just-​cleaned apartment, I was extremely disappointed.
— surfaces in both bedrooms had not been dusted/​wiped down (dressers, night stand and desk)
— kitchen island was dirty
— top of liquor cabinet had not been dusted
— coffee table top had not been cleaned
— dust and crumbs on the floor were overlooked
I called Alexis to talk about what might have happened, and was even more disappointed.
She told me that «the dust must have settled» since they had been there hours before, that «sometimes the towels leave lint», and «they don’t lift furniture». She assured me that she watched the surfaces get wiped down while I could clearly see that they hadn’t been.
I was extremely disappointed by the contrived and combative response.
I feel completely duped, especially since there are so many competing services at better price points. Attention to detail is paramount in this industry, and apparently austins finest cares as little about the details as they do their customers (see screenshots).

Not impressed. Lacking basic attention to detail and charging wild amounts for services they didn’t even provide. Charging $ 130 to clean a 900sqft apartment once a month– not dusting surfaces– huge disappointment.
Just don’t do it, look elsewhere.

Austin’s Finest Janitorial Service gets an A+ from me. They are always prompt and courteous and do an excellent job! They will do things that the cookie cutter-​chain cleaning services will not. All you have to do is ask. For example I had numerous very heavy boxes that needed to be put in my car. I asked if they would assist in getting these boxes to my car. Not a problem! They will also help organize cluttered rooms or sheds. With out a doubt Austin’s Finest is the best cleaning service in Austin!

I was very happy when this crew left my home. I mean that in a good way. My house looked wonderful. It also smelled clean. My ceiling fans were dusted. My sheets were changed, my shower sparkled. Two person crew were well mannered and polite and each took to task quickly and efficiently. For the price they are a very good cleaning company. I have them come every 2 weeks. So far so good.

Wish I could review their services, but they would have had to show up for that to happen. I bought a Living Social deal and tried to get in touch. At that point, they were booking about a month out, so I gave them available dates and didn’t hear back. A few months later, I was ready for another professional cleaning so I left THREE messages and sent TWO emails and never heard back from anyone. I requested a refund from Living Social.

I bought a Living Social deal for 2 people, 3 hour cleaning of my condo after I had moved out. I was getting to ready to put on the market and needed a good thorough cleaning. Alexsis was great to work with. Easy to schedule, showed up on time and did a GREAT job! They cleaned everything top to bottom. I plan on using them at my new place too. Highly recommend.
