Being a first-​time homebuyer, I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect. Friends, my agent, and others had all told me that the inspector would look for typical problems, send a report and that’s all.
Jason was not only incredibly friendly, but he spent a ton of time walking me through the house, showing me every tiny little thing that he found, even showing me how to maintain the house and giving me advice. And the report was so clear with very helpful photos, complete with arrows inserted to show me exactly what to look for. I really could not be happier and can’t recommend them highly enough!

Cliff was an extremely helpful inspector. As a first-​time buyer and a not-​so-​hands-​on kind of guy, Cliff took me along his inspection and showed me things I will need to do for routine maintenance. I felt like I was with my father; he gave great advice, and explained each of his observations thoroughly and patiently. Although he was efficient, he stayed an extra 30 – 40 minutes, probably compensating for my «training time». Next time we buy, Careful Inspections will be on our list! Thanks, Cliff!

Jason was such a big help in doing the inspection for our first home. Buying your first home is stressful and he put us at ease by thoroughly explaining every single issue and even making recommendations. He gave us a very detailed, thorough report and even called us to see if we had any questions! I would HIGHLY recommend Jason to all homebuyers. Great customer service!

These guys are awesome! They were not only thorough with the inspection, but also walking me through it. Like many others, my husband and I purchased an older home so there were certain things we were unaware of, and we really appreciated their patience and advice! They were very timely with their scheduling and the amount of time for the inspection. They even did our pool!
I’d highly recommend Careful Home Inspections. Cliff and Jason are professional, trustworthy and kind people. I’ve heard horror stories about inspections & feel really lucky to have had such a great experience! I’d recommend them to any & everyone!
