AV Connect is awesome! Told them what I had and would like done, later came out with everything needed to install a TV on my living room wall. The install was very clean and professional. I couldn’t be any happier, and more importantly the wifey likes it!

These guys are the best. For home or business. We use them for our business and they always answer the phone, go out of their way to assist us, and have helpful advice when things go wrong (which they do often with the one sound system we had some other guys install). I only wish we had them install BOTH our sound systems! Reasonably priced, great service. Call them.

A friend referred me to AV Connect over a year ago. I had 3 rooms that needed flat screen mounting, HD connectivity wiring through the wall and a centralized location for all equipment. Kurtis/​team did a fantastic job and I was extremely satisfied. Pre-​Install evaluation was thorough. Kurtis listened to what I wanted and presented options that were cost effective. The installation process was quick and the team did a great job. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I received a demo after completion but AV Connect’s customer service did not end here. Kurtis checked in with me a few weeks after installation to make sure that I was satisfied and did not have any questions. He mentioned to me that if I ever needed anything in the future to give him a call. Two weeks ago one of my TVs needed to be replaced. I reached out to AV Connect to explore my options. Hours later I had an email listing my options with instructions on installation of the new TV. Kurtis remembered my design/​setup! He offered to come out but that was not needed. As I installed my new TV I had more questions that were responded to/​answered promptly. These guys are fantastic to work with.
Before you reach out to the major retailers for home installation give AV Connect a chance. You will be satisfied. These guys go above/​beyond to ensure that they deliver a great customer experience.

I had received an estimate for a sound system installation for my new office from Best Buy and it seemed a little much. I found AV Connect online and they quickly returned my call and gave me a new estimate for the same job within one day. They were able to start the job with very short notice and have it done (on a Sunday) before we opened shop Monday morning. …and it works great! …and it was less than half of what BB quoted me! Couldn’t be happier…
