We went to the Avis/Budget this morning with some pricing questions. Shelia Keefer was so pleasant and very helpful. She answered all of our questions and even helped us find some extra discounts.

Customer Service plus — promptly switched my car when the first one had an issue.
Customer Service not so plus — when I arrived to pick up my car, no one was at the counter — no sign, nothing. I waited — the gal came in and said she was out on the lot. Maybe a sign would have been helpful to notify folks who came to the counter. Also, when I came to drop off the car, the attendant was 10 mins late. Frustrating — b/c I was also trying to get to work. They don’t have a drop box — that would have helped me out so very much. Hopefully they put one in.
The car was fine. Clean. No problems. If they had an «on the lot» sign and a drop box, it probably would have been a much better experience.
