Bainbridge Villas

Lived there for almost 5 years. By far the worst place I have ever lived. Only lived there because I couldn’t find another place that I could afford. Office staff are the most incompetent people ever and they treat their residents like crap.

It wants me to give them a rating but honestly this place is the biggest sh*t hole ever. It doesn’t even deserve one star because that is how bad it is. The cockroaches are disgusting and there are hundreds in each apartment (kill one 20 more pop up). This place needs to be burnt to the ground but with their faulty wiring they don’t seem to have a problem with that. In the year I lived here three of the buildings caught on fire. The incessant Tejano music is blasted from morning till night, not to mention the ice cream man is always driving around (4 – 5 times a day) blaring that stupid creepy music. No one watches their kids here, they all are running rampant. Not to mention the amount for utilities and electric is astronomical, especially when the a/​c was broke all summer. NEVER LIVE HERE!!! Seriously it will be the worst mistake ever.

Totally NOT this place. This is the place where Buffalo Bill would live, and the gang of feral cats will stick you for some scraps. There is a delicate science to getting the water just right, and even if you do beware the SLIME that comes out of the drains. The cockroaches are the LEAST of your worries living here. Have fun walking to do laundry while a group of the «locals» sit and hang around their pick up trucks and STARE, while they get drunk in the parking lot and blast tejano. There’s a playground for the kiddos! too bad it’s tagged up with graffiti (not the banksy kind), and located right behind the charred ruins of a never-​gonna-​be-​fixed burned out building. FIN.
