I will never come back to this place again! I had to go else where to get the damage of a bad dye job fixed. My roots were yellow and the rest of hair all splotchy and brown. I have come to this salon many times because my first few expirences were average and for the price it was okay. NOt this time!!! My hair looked horrible!!! The lady did offer to fix it but I was horrified and not about to go through that again. I would not recomend this place to anyone, very unprofessional. Not to mention the two times I went to get my hair trimmed and they claimed they had no sciorrs.

Terrible! I walked in the place and was not impressed from the beginning. They had very little colors to choose from and it lacked in cleanliness. In the middle of my polish change she slapped my hand, lifted it and she had smashed a mosquito on my hand!!! She wipped it on her pants and kept going, didn’t wash her hands or let me wash the guts off mine either! I then had to ask her not once or twice but three times to get the excess color from my fingers! When done I had to ask to be placed under the UV lamp which was dusty! Ugh won’t be back!

Quick, friendly, and easy service — the price was reasonable, and the woman who did my eyebrows was efficient and friendly. I will definitely come back here.

I just love this place for pedicures. It is so relaxing! There is no conversation between the ladies working it is great. BUT do not get the younger one she is terrible. I could have done a better job myself. I had in fact already posted this as five stars based on my first experience and the silence but had to edit and i really want to give her one star. I am not a happy camper.

Balouge A is a no-frills, cheap place to get a decent pedicure. This is where my friends and I go for our ritual French pedicures. Don’t go here expecting New Age music, soft lighting and smoldering incense. This clean, brightly lit salon has little-to-no ambiance. This lack of «atmosphere», however, is reflected in their pricing. It’s $ 30 for a French pedicure, which includes a generous tip. I’ve had a cheaper pedicure, but the price was indicative of the quality; Balogue’s pedicures look good for a while(current one’s going on three weeks now…). You can make an appointment at Balogue A, but my friends and I never do. The three of us come in, sign up on their walk-ins sheet and wait for three chairs to open. This can take a little while, but we amuse ourselves by looking through the assortment of magazines in the waiting area. The pedicure experience itself is quite pleasant. All their chairs are massage chairs, and every time I go, I realize how much I need to spring for an *actual* massage, since these chairs can only fix so much. The women who prettify your feet and paint your nails are good at what they do, and they’re also pretty unobtrusive. It’s a personal preference, but I don’t love chatting with the person giving me a pedicure. I like to sit back, enjoy the massage chair, the foot bath, the foot and calf massage, and occasional comments from my friends. Balogue A also offers hair cuts and waxing services, neither of which I have used, so I can’t comment. The employees are polite and friendly. They don’t speak the best English, which can lead to some seemingly tactless attempts at upsells. I had one woman tell me in broken English that I needed a brow waxing… literally hours after I’d gotten one at The Waxing Studio(Hey! I’m part Lebanese — these brows ain’t ‘sposed to be thin!). Even during this exchange though, I didn’t feel like she was being rude. My friends and I are always greeted with a smile, and we walk out of Balogue A with gorgeous toes and wallets only a little bit lighter. If you’re looking for a cheap, efficient pedicure given by a friendly pedicurist, go to Balogue A. NB — It can be a little difficult to find Balogue A. It is in the northwest corner of this shopping plaza, underneath a covered walkway. If you’re facing Terra Toys, it’s to the right.

Sophia took good care of me. For $ 20 I had a manicure and my eye brows waxed. I would go here again based on my experience with Sophia, who was extremely funny.
